I pointed this out after my last wash when I noticed it again and they tried to tell me it was something else that was the cause and that their chemicals could not have caused this sticky substance. Two managers verified that there was some sort of substance on my car and that it was not there prior to entering the wash yet the manager said they denied my claim and said it was not coming from their wash. Their corporate office had the same excuse and said it was not coming from their wash and acted like I was a liar and making a false claim. They used every excuse in the book to place the blame back on me. I even took another car up there to test the theory and my other vehicle had it on there as well after the wash. No accountability at all and they always take the blame the customer for everything approach. I will never come back here and have reported the business to the BBB. Save your car and your time and find another wash that won't place blame on you for their sticky chemical substances that get sprayed on your car. It basically ruined my paint job.
