I paid for the premium option of a car wash, and after going through my windshield was still pretty dirty. At every other car wash I've been too, they let you go through a second time to make sure everything is clean, but not here. The employee told me "really? You're going to have to pay again" after I asked him to go again, and then he walked away. I was trapped in the line so I had to pay again, and after the second time through, there was still stuff on my windshield. I'd really like a refund, it was a very unpleasant experience. read more

Brought my brand new car thru two weeks ago after being out of town. Once it was all cleaned up, I noticed several deep scratches on the hood, down to the metal. Since we have trees in our yard i assumed something had fallen on it while we were gone and I just hadn't noticed because the car was dirty. This weekend I had patched the scratches, and therefore had spent an appreciable amount of time staring at my hood. The scratches weren't perfectly covered but they were at least not down to the metal. Flash forward to today: I treated my car to another wash, and paid for the $18 premium package. It came out bright and shiny (except for a few stubborn spots from bugs even though I paid for the bug package). However, as I was wiping the car down there was a brand new scratch within inches of the previous ones! Having inspected the patched scratches this morning and seen no new scratches, I am confident that all of them came from this car wash. It boggles my mind that two weeks apart they did not have enough complaints to investigate the issue! I left a voicemail this afternoon and received a call back. The person said he'd review their video for my car and see if he could see anything. He also said they wash hundreds of cars a day and have had no complaints. My only thought on that is a) he wasn't being truthful or b) people usually realize it is fruitless to complain to a car wash because they say up front they are not liable for anything. I made sure in my discussion with the guy to say that it is what it is, and I wasn't asking for anything, but that I wouldn't be back to their wash. I appreciate that he was cordial, but annoyed that I didn't even get an apology. Only denials. Fact is the scratch could not have come from anywhere else, and since they were identical in practically the same spot and all occured directly after going through the wash the only conclusion is they came from there. I gave two stars rather than one because the wash is convenient and does a good job, provided they fix the issue with it scratching. read more

Hadn't washed my car in months. It was extremely dirty from all the joys that winter brings. I frequent shopping area and it always looks busy and lines move pretty fast so I figured I'd give it a try and it was very pleasant. Employees were friendly and for the cost I am very happy with what I received. Highly recommend this quick and convenient car wash!! read more

Not my usual stop for a car wash, but The car was way overdue, and I ended up being impressed. The line moved pretty fast, and it's a short ride through the bay. My car came out dirt free, and I couldn't notice a missed spot. Payment is automated, and it was easy to use, but I did think that it was a bit pricey. It was about 3 to 4 dollars more than I'm used to paying elsewhere for the works. Still though, I was happy with the wash. read more

Wow, down from Iowa and brought a suv full of salt and sand on our vehicle. Chose the basic plus underbody and it did the trick. Free vacuums available for you to use. When I arrived the line was probably 20 deep but I was through the wash in about ten minutes. Definitely recommend. read more

A bit expensive, yes, but sometimes it's worth it to keep from having to drag out the hose and a bucket! It's easy enough to pay (and I love that I can donate to Children's Mercy from the kiosk), then simply pull in and pay attention to your prompts. EASY, peasy! The assistants even scrubbed my bugs and, after a road trip to SW Kansas, that was no small task. My car looks great, though I would agree with some others. If your car is brand new, you might opt for washing by hand if it's convenient for you. read more

I'm sorry the first gentleman's car got scratched. I have always avoided car washes , because I , also, really try to maintain my cars as well as I can. Hand wash and wax whenever feasible. I know you always take your chances in a mechanical wash. However, it's not practical or time efficient to take the time and effort to wash the car at home. I used this car wash today ...new car. Covered in salt , dirt , etc., left over from the last big snow. Took no time at all and no effort on my part. Quick and the price was extremely acceptable. Dried it off with one towel. Looks perfect. Even wheels looked fine. I was very pleased. Now, do I know if long term use will put small scratches on the car from the brushes ? Checked carefully and none seen at present. I would recommend this car wash. For me to have washed and dried this car today would have been impractical. read more

Driven two separate vehicles through this Car Wash multiple times, and it has never fully cleaned the sides of the cars. It does not dry the cars completely either. Definitely not worth the $18. read more

This man Jake Dahmer over here had very high expectations when trying to get his car Lucy cleaned. Lucy deserves the best and what she got was unexpected. Bugs still everywhere. And she ran into a bumper. V disappointed. Also, your vacuums don't work for sh*t. read more

The car wash destroyed both sides of my truck. At first I thought someone side swiped back rear fender but then it was identical on both sides. Then I check the doors and there are deep scratches on each side. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Today was my first time here and I was very satisfied with the entire experience. It was not busy; I paid and was in the car wash within 2 minutes. It's a hands free track that moves your car through automatically. I felt that the length of wash and dry time was appropriate. There was an attendant who sprayed my tires before I went in. There was also "free" vacuuming available afterwards. I say "free" because it isn't really; it's just included in the price you pay to wash your car there. I paid $18 and that included bug guard and tire spray plus underbody wash, rain repellent, and shine. The place is really nice and according to their website, they use eco friendly wash products and recycle 65-70% of their water. I love that! The only thing that I am leery of are the microfiber brushes. It was ok for my husband's car because there aren't any antenna, but with my car that has one, I'd be afraid that the brushes may be too rough on it. All in all, this place gets 5 stars and I will be back. read more

My wife who is handicap came through your wash yesterday which happen to be very busy, not only did the ultimate wash my wife payed for do a great job, but my wife received very excellent service from a young man by the name of Jared. After the wash this young man came outside to greet my wife and help her signup for a monthly pass she's not very up to date with technology but this young man was so polite and thorough with the process of helping her out! She was very alarmed and grateful by the service she received especially for him to come outside during such a busy time and help her with signing up. Don't waste your money, we went with the $18 wash which supposedly had a wheel and tire shine. The entire back of our Yukon was still dirty and the wheels were a mess after we got out. Very disappointed, your better off at the quarter car wash! read more
