So I knew the issues before I brought my vehicle to Virgils to get fixed. I called and spoke with Blake and made an appointment. The only complaint I have is that it took a long time for my vehicle to actually get looked at and repaired. That being said they were very fair with the pricing ($300 less than the dealer). In fact they could have nickled and dimed me to death but they didn't. They really take their time to make sure you repair is done right. They will also attempt the least expensive fix first and will only charge you more if they have too. The communication from the "front office" to techs is ineffective resulting in wasted time and unnecessary repairs being made and quoted. They did a simple transmission flush. I didn't have to move the car, he was able to work around in my garage easily. Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem. They did charge me an additional $75 to come to Parkville, But I thought it was worth it since I didn't have to drive to my usual mechanic and wait for them to finish the job. He saved me about a day's worth of waiting and driving.
