My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.

I have had more problems with the car than before the motor went out. I'm not sure what they did but I know it wasn't quality work, it runs out of oil so fast now after an oil change and just sounds horrific ever since. I even called them and told them it was acting funny, so I figured they would look into it since I had a so called warranty on the work. Not to mention I'm missing bolts that I know were there before and even told them that. Took my car back up there before warranty ran out and all they did was an oil change instead of trying to fix the problem, and still missing bolts like they didn't even listen to me when I told them. Still having massive problems with rebuilt motor but I'm just supposed to deal with it I guess. I know it was just a rebuild but I feel like I should have gotten better service for$3600. What a waste of money, will never go back here again. Just when you think you can trust someone they make your car worse than it was originally and not trying to make it right at all. Would 100% not take your car here they will get over on you and then there is nothing you can do about it apparently. So disappointed in the quality and now I'm out of a car after only a year. Wow!!

Imagine bringing your car into them for an oil change. Your out of your car for the entire day just for an oil change. Thats crazy. My car was dropped off at 8:30am. What was said that they would get my brakes checked and then inform me of cost quickly so that parts can be ordered and the car worked on didnt happen. 2pm comes around and i receive nothing. I then called them and finally the ball started to roll. Soon after, my brake change is a 3,000 bill if i proceed. I am not complaining because of the high quote. I am complaining now cause i lost pretty much the entire day waiting on a brake inspection only to find a high cost and still, no new brakes. I ended up taking my car that same day to another shop. They replaced my brakes along with my rotors for 900 bucks less than what this place quoted me. I then started thinking about my other experiences i have had with this establishment. I realized that this is a place where they will always try to upsell other items, services to you. You dont really leave there with what you originally came in for.
