At least these people are honest about telling what you need now and later...in a friendly manner that comes across as believable and honest. I've had great conversations with the manager, Wyatt...and, especially, Tristan (both who could be CEO's of any auto-service-agency)...plus Dave and Lilly, who are very efficient scheduling work. First thing I notice is, glovebox open, lights are all on inside the car, while it's off... it's slowly draining my battery. No wonder it's low battery! How long were all lights on? I don't know! Still discourteous. I start the car. Okay, now for my A/C and heating... it's on, running, but only window heating is workin. Everything else is not functioning. They said we can drop it off, then we'll get another checklist! Overall, I asked for one main thing to be done and it's half finished. There's no dash heating, the only heating and cooling I can get is at the window. There's no front facing heating and cooling anymore! It's going to be a cold winter...
