Luckily I found this family owned local business near me! It was the fastest oil change I've ever gotten. The men working were so nice and helpful and didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything extra. They even cleaned out my air filter for me! And they charge significantly less than those big chains. This will be the only place I go to for an oil change from now on. I'll be telling all my family and friends. 10/10 recommended

The service is great but other than that unfortunately I probably won't be back due to the price it's going to cost me every time I go in there.

Give someone a heads up or move me over to another line. It's disappointing to say the least. This never happened before and I've a long time Valvoline customer. I been to locations with long waits and they'd always communicate and come update you. It didn't for them to do everything they needed to do. I had to remind them to add pressure to the tires when they were done with everything. They showed me the oil. They just walked away and left my car hanging. There was a guy that opened up the air filter and just left it open someone else had to go and screw it back on properly. Definitely do not recommend this location and I will not be back.

The only time something wasn't quite right, they immediately fixed it and made it right! They have gone out of their way to make sure my cars are done quickly, too, even staying late to finish. When I settled my bill I was told the oil change couldn't be performed because the oil plug was rotted. They told me they did replace the oil filter. I was told to go to Honda and let them know what was going on. A week later I am at Honda and explained to my sales guy what happened. He said they would take a look. He also said I'm the third Honda owner who has been in today that has taken their car to Firestone in Liberty and there has been some issues. He said they would closely take a look at my car. Sure enough the oil filter that they replaced is from Jiffy Lube and there was no rot. The screw came off with ease. I don't like being lied to and I don't like paying for a service I didn't get. I am certain the gentleman that settled my bill at Firestone had no clue that my oil filter was never changed. If that is the case then there is a real problem with communication and organization with this facility. I'm giving three stars because I am happy with my tires.

They had trouble finding several items after they changed the oil. Finally when everything was located, they said we were ready but handed us the wrong keys.(Thankfully someone had thrown them in the back seat which was lucky since that is the only key I had for my car). After we finally left, just 2 days later I found my engine splash guard lying in my driveway under my car! Found 2 extremely bent bolts (don't have any clue where the others went) and my engine splash guard is torn. They said they would get me right in and it would take 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked if they finished with my car. They said they're just bringing it in now. I reminded them that they said they would work on it immediately when I returned from Auto Zone. I then asked how long would it take. They said 45 minutes. Everyone saw me back in. Everyone saw me in my truck. After 35 minutes of being ignored I decided that Discount Tire had more business than they could handle so I would help them by taking my business elsewhere. Could I have gotten out and chased someone down. Sure. But after having a tech walk past my truck and push one of my mirrors over to get to another guys car, well, that kind of sealed it for me. I work nights and as sometimes necessary, lost some sleep to make this appointment. No big deal. I'll get more sleep. Discount will get more business. But not mine. By the by, I was scheduled to drop 2k for tires and an alignment for my truck. Nothing to them I guess, but plenty to me.
