Back in the spring I had my car towed to this place which alone cost me $150. This was after waiting two weeks for an appointment and providing a list of items to look at. Paul called and said the car was ready, brake problem fixed. I asked about the other items and he replied something along the lines of all we looked at was the brakes... Fast forward a few months and my car still sounds like the front end is about ready to fall out of it... I am sick of the horrible service these days; usually it's because of youngsters with no work ethic, but this was the owner. Stay away!!!

I've been taking my truck to Midwest since 2016. They've been okay until this last time, when I was…read moremoving and needed to install new brakes and Timbrens bump stocks front and rear. I brought the parts to them. They had the truck 2 1/2 days. No call to tell me brakes were done but the suspension bolts "had a rust issue". I had to call them to find out there was a go/no go decision for me to make on the Timbrens. When I went to pick up the truck and the front Timbrens back, saying "the brakes included a pad, so these were extra!". No call to ask about that either. So $480 later and the front Timbrens aren't installed. Very poor communication from them and I asked, why didn't you just do what I asked you to do? Response: "oh I thought we were only talking about the rear". A lie, he told me moments earlier about the front Timbrens. Even if I weren't moving I would not go back.
