I brought the truck back in and they tried to tell me that the sounds weren't related to the work they did but instead it was a worn transmission mount. I brought the parts to them. They had the truck 2 1/2 days. No call to tell me brakes were done but the suspension bolts "had a rust issue". I had to call them to find out there was a go/no go decision for me to make on the Timbrens. When I went to pick up the truck and the front Timbrens back, saying "the brakes included a pad, so these were extra!". No call to ask about that either. So $480 later and the front Timbrens aren't installed. Very poor communication from them and I asked, why didn't you just do what I asked you to do? Response: "oh I thought we were only talking about the rear". A lie, he told me moments earlier about the front Timbrens. Even if I weren't moving I would not go back.
