I went to the shop based on recommended advice from a community Facebook page and I am really glad I ended up bringing my car to the shop for what was ultimately an oil change/tire rotation, a water pump replacement, and a few repairs for leaking oil. I have an Audi and it was nice to see a shop willing to work on a foreign car. My car was in the shop longer than anticipated, but to no fault of the shop. Some of my repairs were warranty work (done with a different shop) so that involved waiting for paper work and parts from certain distributors. One thing they (especially Mark and Matt) did very well was keep me updated and assured me they were working as quickly as they could regarding the factors they could control. He was so apologetic and kind even when, truthfully, their shop really didn't hold the responsibility for the delays. They were getting paid the same (from me or the parts store for warranty work) but the extra effort they did for me from calling my previous shop, the parts store, etc saved me a A LOT of money at the end of the day on parts and labor. For the work I was having done and anticipated labor their original quote was still pretty fair (although I can't say I am ever happy with spending any money on my temperamental vehicle! lol ). They seem like good, honest people there. Would recommend based on my experience and I'll take my car back for services as long as I live in the area.

We have a monitor plugged into the computer hookup that will tell us if the car is in motion, the speed, fuel gauge and the computer codes for the check engine light. So I knew the issues before I brought my vehicle to Virgils to get fixed. I called and spoke with Blake and made an appointment. The only complaint I have is that it took a long time for my vehicle to actually get looked at and repaired. That being said they were very fair with the pricing ($300 less than the dealer). In fact they could have nickled and dimed me to death but they didn't. I will be going back and I would reccomend this garage too anyone! 11/26/2019 I've now had Blake and his staff work on my vehicles multiple times. They really take their time to make sure you repair is done right. They will also attempt the least expensive fix first and will only charge you more if they have too. They are fair, ethical and trustworthy and they have proven it to me over and over!

We took our 2019 Jeep Cherokee here due to a weird sound our vehicle was making. I called on Tuesday, explained what we were worried about and the man I spoke to Chris was extremely nice and said that he could fit us in on Thursday if we dropped the car off. We dropped the jeep off Thursday morning. I got a call later Thursday afternoon that the problem was the flex pipe and that they could repair it and I was told the price. I then got a call early Friday morning, saying that the vehicle was ready and I could come and pick it up. Upon arriving for pick up, the two gentlemen behind the counter were extremely friendly, and it was an extremely quick process. Everyone I spoke to was wonderful and very responsive, the issue with our jeep was resolved, and the awful noise has now been fixed. I can't thank the guys at diamond muffler enough for their help! We will be reaching out to them for any other vehicle needs in the future!

I spent about 30 minutes negotiating and finally we came to an agreement.
