I went back to make sure it wasn't an actual leak, no leak but no offer of a refund. Just a bogus claim that someone would be out to clean my driveway. Valvoline is always open on Sundays. I'm so grateful. Their goal is to do 15 minutes a car. Based on my experience I saw some cars less than 15 minutes. And some Cars over 15 minutes. I was less than 15 :) Whether if it's less than 15 or not it doesn't matter to me what matters is they have good customer service and we get to wait in our car while our car is being serviced. I sat in the lobby for over an hour while my vehicle sat in the parking lot. They disrespected my time by not honoring the scheduled time. I watched as walk-ins got there problems taken care of and left. Perhaps I should not have made an appointment? Or is it that because they don't make any money on inspections and there is no priority; even for a scheduled appointment? After an hour and 15 minutes, I requested my keys back and will seek my inspection elsewhere. My money is best spent elsewhere for tires or any other service as well. Somewhere that respects the time of their customers, no matter what service is being performed.
