I ended up calling DT to reiterate and get some kind of resolution with the issue. They proceeded to tell me it's not their fault and I should speak to them in a more respectful tone, and hung up. Called back and they proceeded to degrade and cuss me out. I told myself, I would never go back to DT, again. This was in 2014-2016, or so. Here we are, 2024. I ended up getting a nail in my tire and needed it to be patched. Multiple people told me to go to DT. Not going to lie. I sat on it until the day before my road trip...for the life of me, didn't want to put myself through another DT situation. Luckily everyone at DT were accommodating, respectful and honest, gave me all the necessary info I needed to know. Updates on the tire, what they found etc. I could tell they weren't trying to tell me a little white lie to try and sell me a "new" tire for something that's patchable. We dropped the jeep off Thursday morning. I got a call later Thursday afternoon that the problem was the flex pipe and that they could repair it and I was told the price. I then got a call early Friday morning, saying that the vehicle was ready and I could come and pick it up. Upon arriving for pick up, the two gentlemen behind the counter were extremely friendly, and it was an extremely quick process. Everyone I spoke to was wonderful and very responsive, the issue with our jeep was resolved, and the awful noise has now been fixed. I can't thank the guys at diamond muffler enough for their help! Every review that has a complaint, the company blames the customers. News flash 100 complaints means it's the business,not the customer's. Do not take your vehicle to this business unless you like wasting your time for no service.
