The owner came out of the shop, listened to my problem & went for a drive with me in the car at no cost. Even though it didn't act up at the time, he surmised what the problem was & offered to fix it for $325. It got it in the shop 2 days later & it was back by the end of the day. The communication from the "front office" to techs is ineffective resulting in wasted time and unnecessary repairs being made and quoted. Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem.
