I sat in the lobby for over an hour while my vehicle sat in the parking lot. They disrespected my time by not honoring the scheduled time. I watched as walk-ins got there problems taken care of and left. Perhaps I should not have made an appointment? Or is it that because they don't make any money on inspections and there is no priority; even for a scheduled appointment? After an hour and 15 minutes, I requested my keys back and will seek my inspection elsewhere. My money is best spent elsewhere for tires or any other service as well. Somewhere that respects the time of their customers, no matter what service is being performed.

Anyone who has ever moved knows that, of course that would happen that week! Fortunately, we found Zohr on Yelp and it was a mixed bag but ended up working pretty well. The bolt was discovered on a Saturday and we couldn't get anyone out until Monday around lunchtime. Not a huge issue as we have two cars and could ride it out, as long as they were on time... More about that in a sec. They were on the ball and said they could likely patch it, but got the tire size in case they needed to replace it on the spot. Their idea is genius, by the way. They'll come to you wherever and remove your tire and get it all fixed up or replaced, saving you the danger of driving on a wonky tire. They rescheduled us for Monday evening which didn't work with our closing/moving schedule, and called to have it at the original time. They didn't show during the window, and we had to call more than a few times to confirm they were still coming. Definitely frustrating to deal with, and I was ready to go to Plan B, but fortunately they ended up not being too late (about two hours after the window). My frustrations faded once they got someone en route; they became very responsive, communicative and let us know exactly when they'd be there. When they arrived, they said that since the bolt was in the tread they could plug it and be done in 15-20 minutes. Really grateful because we need a whole new set of tires on this car sometime soon, but would be a bummer to buy one and then have to buy a set again. Their tech was friendly and quick, very efficient, and the price was fair (I want to say around $85 out the door). They were a bit confused with the Yelp check in offer of 20% off, but I'm not sweating it too much. All in all, I was not the happiest camper the way it was going around appointment time, but they stepped up and totally redeemed themselves! Would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.

Our car had a tire that was bad so I ordered a new set from Goodyear. We set the installation appointment and when I brought the car in to have the car tires installed, they said that the tires did not arrive. It would have been nice to have been notified that they didn't have the tires before I showed up for the appointment. They weren't able to do much about the tires not being there, so I had to call Goodyear and get that resolved. But they told me what to do The shop, installed the tires, and did an alignment on our vehicle which is great now. When I picked up the car, all of the tires were under inflated and my monitoring system did not like that. So when I got home, I filled up all four tires from 38 pounds to 45 as they should have been. Cody and Tim are both very friendly and nice. We will probably buy from them again. I think there was just a whole bunch of errors that happened this first time, and hopefully not again.

Of course, there's a charge for that "service." Instead, we asked for specific repairs and they charged for "taking a look" to confirm in addition to cost of repair. They also said they had to run codes, charged to run codes, then quoted a repair that had already been done. The communication from the "front office" to techs is ineffective resulting in wasted time and unnecessary repairs being made and quoted. If your car problem is not cookie cutter, they are not equipped or able to diagnose. Their service is mostly consuming time and charging for it.

We took our 2019 Jeep Cherokee here due to a weird sound our vehicle was making. I called on Tuesday, explained what we were worried about and the man I spoke to Chris was extremely nice and said that he could fit us in on Thursday if we dropped the car off. We dropped the jeep off Thursday morning. I got a call later Thursday afternoon that the problem was the flex pipe and that they could repair it and I was told the price. I then got a call early Friday morning, saying that the vehicle was ready and I could come and pick it up. Upon arriving for pick up, the two gentlemen behind the counter were extremely friendly, and it was an extremely quick process. Everyone I spoke to was wonderful and very responsive, the issue with our jeep was resolved, and the awful noise has now been fixed. I can't thank the guys at diamond muffler enough for their help! We will be reaching out to them for any other vehicle needs in the future!
