    McCathy call log wife.

You would be better trusting your car with a chop shop, at least you'll know the end result. This dealership has known about the safety recall for my traverse. The recall is for airbags shooting shrapnel. They failed to tell us the status for the recall and, after being confronted by it, decided there was nothing wrong with how they've handled this. I brought my car in over 2 months ago for tires. They chose to add an alignment in an underhanded fashion. I ended up waiting an extra hour because of their poor service. I requested my veteran discount 3 times and never got it. When I got the vehicle home, I noticed new damage to my rim and lug nut. I left a review, and the service manager responded with I'm sorry, this was your experience. I'm working this with myself. It took over a month to get in contact with the service manager afterward. When we finally connect, the service manager is rude and unwilling to work with me. I waited around for at least 8 hours that I set aside to work with them. Despite setting up a time, the service manager doesn't reach out until I text him again. The service manager knew his offer would not be acceptable before calling and decided to waste as much of my time as he could. Even after I asked to speak to his boss, multiple times, he decided to play dumb and keep wasting my time. The service manager shouted, lied, refused accountability, and verbally assaulted me. The worst part of this experience was after the service manager should have known about the recall, he still stated, "I dont think you've had that bad of service, I really don't." I am interpreting this quote as McCarthy saying we dont care that we failed to do our job or that you and your family are in mortal danger because of it. I move on to the general manager after this. At this point, a trend is displayed of the managers not reaching out when they say they will. The entire time working with the general manager, I was met with excuses and lies. After about a week and half getting a simple update was too much for him to handle. The managers were provided all the information and time needed to work with me, and in over 2 months, no progress has been made. As someone who's graduated basic leaders course and advanced leaders course, I find it strange the general manager referred to himself as a leader. Brian (general manager), if you know what the term leader means, then you would understand how poorly your "leadership" skills have impacted this experience and your company. I've wasted over 2 months of my time on people who clearly don't care about the service they provide, my property, my time, or the well-being of my family and I. All they care about is taking your money by any means necessary. As a company who claims to go above and beyond for service and honesty, you need to do better! How can you claim these standards and employ people who use tactics halting the customer from sharing their experiences with staff qualified to work customer service?

Service is fine but now I get emails and texts nonstop to complete satisfaction surveys, even though I submitted one that day.

I did agree to multiple add ons (not really by choice but because they said I had to) and even on top of all of those, they still had to sneak in more. I was told by my salesperson and general sales manager, Ron, that they would cancel/refund me for the ones I did not agree to. I was always weary, but now know they are completely full of shit as it is going on 3 months and I have yet to see the refund. Take your business to Oakes Kia of Olathe. They do not require add ons/markups for the 2027 Telluride. Unfortunately, for me, I did not find that out until after the fact.

Do Not Buy From This Dealership -- Learn From My Mistake…read more I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership out of state, and it was by far the most frustrating car buying experience I've ever had. The vehicle was originally listed on AutoTrader for $36,000, but when I reached out, the price had suddenly jumped to $39,900 -- a textbook bait-and-switch. It took over two weeks just to finalize the sale due to the finance rep never returning calls or emails. I had to contact the main dealership line over 10 times just to get basic updates. The entire process felt chaotic and disorganized from the start. They did disclose that the front bumper had been damaged and said it would be professionally repaired for $800. However, the repair was clearly not professional. The bumper was cracked, filled with Bondo, and painted over without even being removed -- a low-quality fix that would never pass for proper bodywork. That wasn't the only issue. Several other problems were never disclosed: * The front camera lens was cracked -- a $1,300 repair according to BMW. * There were spider cracks on the rear bumper, likely from a previous accident. * A noticeable dent was on the door that had never been mentioned. * The car arrived dirty, with dog hair between the seats and personal items still in the center console. * A GPS tracker was still installed and powered, even though I paid for the car in full, in cash. After raising these concerns, I was told someone would follow up. That never happened, despite contacting them three separate times and being given the same excuse each time: "Someone will reach out today or tomorrow." This was a $40,000 purchase, and I absolutely overpaid for the condition the car was delivered in. Had I known about the extent of the damage and the poor quality of the repair work, I would not have paid what I did -- or may not have moved forward with the sale at all. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I waited to write this review because I wanted to give them a fair chance to make things right. But since they've shown no interest in doing so, I'm sharing my experience in the hope that someone else reads this and chooses to take their business elsewhere.

My vehicle had fumes/smoke entering the cabin, yet I was told it was still safe to drive. After researching, I learned this type of engine issue has been widely reported in Mazda vehicles and, in some cases, covered under extended warranties. Despite this, I was denied any goodwill assistance with no explanation. I also experienced nearly two weeks of poor communication, including unanswered calls/texts and significant delays in receiving a proper diagnostic breakdown. Due to needing a vehicle for work and family, I ultimately had no choice but to proceed with the repair, which totaled over $5,000, with nearly $3,000 paid out of pocket. To add to the experience, the vehicle was returned without even a basic wash after such a costly repair. Overall, this experience lacked transparency, communication, and customer care--especially given the safety concerns involved. I have documented all communication and would recommend others to proceed with caution when using this dealership.
