Not too impressed. Initially, sales rep was fine. Tried the bully techniques after we were negotiating for a new car, so we walked away.

We purchased a used car just last month. Not high pressure. Found exactly what we wanted and paid less than expected.

Haven't gotten a new car in a while but I'm glad to research and this place was friendly but also…read morehelpful too. As for the value, they understood our needs and wants and I like the fact that we didn't feel pressure from the salesman. It's a busy place but they notice us and talked and acknowledge us as well.

Well... I searched for a certified Honda vehicle through the official Honda website…read more(hondacertified.com) and saw a 2024 Honda Pilot Elite with 37k-ish miles listed for $16,300. The listing provide the vehicle's vin # (5FNYG1H87RB017312) stock# (H058937A) and dealership name and address (Olathe Honda 1000 N Rogers Rd Olathe KS). Based on that information I went to the dealership and spoke with a very professional and nice sale woman (forgot her name sorry) and advised her about the vehicle (showed her the website listing) and its listed price. The sale woman documented the website and listing and talked with her Sales Manager (Carson Lilla). After a few minutes, Mr Lilla talked with me (professionally) and reported that he had seen the vehicle's listed price and could confidently confirm that the listed price was incorrect and that the website had made the error. (Honda's Official website made the listing error!!! Wow!!) I told Mr. Lilla that Honda's certified vehicle website had listed some of their other certified pilots and that those listed prices matched what their website showed. Mr. Lilla insisted that Honda's website was incorrect and reported that the vehicle was a recent trade (week old), had been inspected, certified and listed for $45000. (Old bait and switch!!!) I thanked Mr. Lilla, left and called Honda's customer service department. I informed the representative (Matthew, who was Extremely professional and empathic by the way) about the listing on the Honda's certified vehicle website and the dealership's inflated listed price. In addition I advised him of Mr Lilla's claim of the listing error being on Honda's certified website and not on the dealership. Upon hearing me Matthew advised that the dealerships forwards their certified vehicle's listings to the Honda's certified website and in turn the website broadcast the vehicles and prices out to the public and reference the dealerships inventoring the certified vehicle. (Wow!!! A he said she said!!!) I made a formal complaint #16668808 with Honda. How can I trust Honda as a whole when the Company's website say one thing and the dealership says something completely different. Was the vehicle certified inspected? Did the dealership make the repairs it said it did? Crazy that a "reputable" vehicle brand would allow one of its dealerships to use shady dishonest used car dealership's bait and switch tactic. I bought a Honda CRV for my wife years ago and had a joyous experience. Is this the new way Honda handles business?! If so, you just lost a customer. SMH

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. A few months ago, my girlfriend and I were ready to…read morepurchase a used 2016 Volvo XC90. I have the same model, and it has generally been a reliable vehicle for me, and my girlfriend is quite fond of it as well.Used Volvo XC90s are somewhat limited in the central U.S., so when we found this one for sale locally in Olathe, we were eager to check it out. We inspected the car and took it for a test drive, and everything appeared to be in order. My girlfriend decided to buy the car that day with cash; there was no negotiation since she really liked it and the price seemed reasonable. However, just one day later, the check engine light illuminated. Given that the car has many sensors, I assumed it might just be a glitch in the software. My girlfriend reached out to 'SASHA' and communicated with his wife regarding the check engine light problem. We were advised to bring the car in for inspection. A couple of days later, we took the vehicle in, and they examined it, telling us it was ready for pickup. They claimed it was a battery issue. Initially, I believed this explanation, but I was somewhat skepticall. As an electrical designer for a utility company, I have a good understanding of electrical systems and their functions. When we picked up the car, the check engine light had been cleared, but it soon returned. The light came back on the following day. We took the car back again, and the dealership provided the same explanation. This occurred once more, and we were urged to bring the car in again. Nothing was resolved, and we received the same story about a battery issue. I suspect this dealership is dishonest. Regarding the concern with the check engine light; I own a personal scan tool for my vehicles that can clear check engine lights. I attempted to reset the check engine light on her vehicle. The battery was never a concern, as confirmed by the untouched battery terminals located in the trunk of the vehicle. Sasha and his wife are frauds; they used a scan tool to clear the check engine light prior to purchasing the vehicle. We drove just under the mileage limit to avoid triggering a check engine light before completing all the paperwork. Sasha also gives off predatory vibes around young little girls; he behaves in an overly clingy manner towards them. My girlfriend and I brought her daughter along, and while he wanted to hug and show affection, his actions were inappropriate and unsettling. His wife is equally rude and arrogant. Additionally, we have yet to receive the title for the vehicle, and the dealership has stopped responding to our messages. Avoid purchasing a vehicle from this fraudulent and creepy dealership. Holding onto the title is illegal for a dealership, and this practice is also considered fraudulent, which we will be investigating
