I assumed it was just the new springs settling in since the ride felt the same, and eventually, the noise stopped. Fast forward a few years, I noticed my rear passenger side starting to sag. At first, I thought it was a bad shock, but upon closer inspection, I found the middle spring had snapped in two places. I understand the 1-year warranty policy and that the company can't control how customers treat their suspension. But seriously, if the OEM springs lasted 18 years, shouldn't these last more than 4-5 years? When I reached out to the company, their response was to offer me new springs at the same price I originally paid. That's not a special offer--it's just the current price. I wasn't expecting a full refund, but a significant discount would've shown some accountability and goodwill. They tried telling me I never paid for lifetime and tried charging me again on both vehicles on separate occasions. This was months apart. Luckily I had receipt of the lifetime service purchase, so they had to eat their lack of record keeping. Either this isn't a coincidence and it's an attempt to rip customers off or they aren't recording purchases properly in their system. Always check your tire pressure after leaving. They will over inflate your tires by 4-5 psi to create faster wear and tear on your tires.
