I've been bringing 2 vehicles here for several years now, and have had several things done aside from standard maintenance. I've never had an issue before. With this latest visit I get hit with over $10k in recommended maintenance and repairs. I took it to another shop I trust and they found many of the repair items aren't actually in need of replacement/broken/damaged (and in addition the maintenance items they quoted were 25% higher than where I ended up having these items done...tells you a lot about their pricing). From one oil change, their reputation has gone from above average, to double-negatives. In short, at this point, they're looking to take you for whatever money they can squeeze out of you. read more

Dropped my car off Sunday evening. I call Monday morning to tell them I needed the window switch replaced and it was covered by extended warranty. They went though my car and racked up $12k in repairs and sent to my insurance company which took 4 days to get an inspector out. Everything was denied except the window switch. I called Fri afternoon and told them just get the window switch. The following Monday (6th day) they ordered the part. It took 2 days and it was the wrong part. They expedited the correct part. and by friday (the 11th day) i finally got my car. And to top thngs off the $10 bill that was in my center console is gone. I just moved to the area and wanted to try a new mechanic in the area. My car was running badly when I brought it in. When I picked it up, after paying $2000. my engine light was still on. It died on me while I was coasting about 5 times before I made it home. It was worse than before I brought it in. I brought it back because I was doubtful, they did anything. Sadly, I picked it up again and it is still dying on me, engine light is still on, and now after not having my car for about a week, I am going to my old mechanic about 40 min away and will probably have to pay an additional amount to fix whatever they didn't. We are small business owners, and I would hate to see a review about us but if it meant that it would save others. well i guess it would need to be said. read more

Took my vehicle to have an electrical issue looked at. When we left they said there was an issue with the radiator and an oil leak. Also, without my knowledge an entire wiring harness was removed. A couple days later my check engine light came on. I took my vehicle to the dealership and it turns out there is nothing wrong with my radiator and no oil leak. Luckily they also replaced the harness that was removed. On top of that, the reason my check engine light was on because my air filter cover had been removed! About 2 months ago I had Auto Doctors replace the transmission in my daughters 2019 Kia Optima. I wanted to wait a little while before posting this review to make sure there were not problems that came up later. I will say that it has performed flawlessly since then. The work was completed quickly. I think about a day or a day in half. They also gave us some tips and suggestions for this type of transmission. I didn't realize that it is not really a true automatic, but is something called a double clutch transmission. To the average driver they seem the same, but this transmission is susceptible to problems if you don't understand how to operate it correctly. The price they quoted was exactly what we paid. I also took it to Kia for a quote which was much higher than Auto Doctors. I had hoped that Kia would work with me since this car only had 50k miles on it. Unfortunately it was a rebuilt title so the jerks at Kia had the easy way out to say they didn't have to cover it under warranty. I am definitely not a fan of Kia anymore, but only good things to say about Auto Doctors. read more

I brought my car in and they tried to charge me $1700, I told them I'd think about it and let them know. They still had my car over night and decided to start working on it anyways. Not only that but they lied about what was wrong with it and when confronted they said they just assumed the issue based on mileage and my description of the problem. So when I called to let them know I was coming to get it and they told me thats fine but I still have to pay $1700 since they got the parts ordered. Obviously, I told them no since I never gave them permission. As a female they still demanded a payment from me so I had a male figure handle it and we didn't have to pay a dime, not even for the diagnostic. Took it somewhere else, fixed for $180. read more

Car broke down on my way to work, they came and got my car for a pretty reasonable price towed it to their own shop, replaced my alternator, gave me a free inspection, and changed my oil, and had me back on the road and to work before first brake. they seemed to actually have a genuine interest in getting my car fixed so I didn't miss work. read more
