My mother walked up the man and began to ask him a question because no one was standing in front of him. the lady said "he is with a customer, that's why i said hello". first of all, that's totally fine that he is helping someone else. she was in no rush and said "oh i'm sorry" and walked over the woman. when she arrived at the woman, the employee said AGAIN "that's why i said hello, he was with someone". now come on, that's overkill. she was rude and rolled her eyes like my mom had done something crazy. i've never heard of hello meaning "come to me". usually the words, "i'm open, how can i help you" indicate that? my mom simply took her business somewhere else and didn't argue because there's no reason for that. They tried telling me I never paid for lifetime and tried charging me again on both vehicles on separate occasions. This was months apart. Luckily I had receipt of the lifetime service purchase, so they had to eat their lack of record keeping. Either this isn't a coincidence and it's an attempt to rip customers off or they aren't recording purchases properly in their system. Always check your tire pressure after leaving. They will over inflate your tires by 4-5 psi to create faster wear and tear on your tires.

I took it to another shop I trust and they found many of the repair items aren't actually in need of replacement/broken/damaged (and in addition the maintenance items they quoted were 25% higher than where I ended up having these items done...tells you a lot about their pricing). From one oil change, their reputation has gone from above average, to double-negatives. In short, at this point, they're looking to take you for whatever money they can squeeze out of you.
