After asking around for recommendations, I decided to give J&T a try. I've had nothing but great experiences since! I usually wait at the shop while my car is being serviced. My car is always serviced very quickly. I'm usually in and out in under 45 minutes. The shop is small but does offer Wifi and snacks. There's also a small TV in the lobby. The only downside to me is the location. Spring Hill is a bit of a drive for me, but I feel like it's worth it for a shop that I can trust. Overall, I feel like the cost is pretty comparable to other shops in the area.

I had a number in my head after looking at parts on eBay for what would be a fair price with labor and having a fallback in case things leaked the next time I go to wash this in the touch less car wash thing (which is soon with the upcoming snow, gotta get that undercarriage good). Mike met that number, took care of it extremely quickly and effectively, and was a super nice person to deal with. Thanks very much. Also, dogs in the office. A huge plus for me. He didn't let them run at me or even out of the back office. I honestly wouldn't have minded, I really like dogs, but I can see how this would be a scare for some. Socializing dogs is a good thing. You rather he leave them home all day?. Overall 10/10 would rather not Mike again because that means something bad happened to my car, but will come back if the dings/ dents are a thing again. If your options are dealership or Mike, choose local. Choose Mike.

They did not put away items used in my trunk nor close the lid to the spare tire and tool area. They did not install 2 tires correctly (they had them backwards) even with a clear label on the tire "inside" and "outside". They severely underinflated all 4 tires, by over 10 PSI. On such a simple job to make so many mistakes I would not recommend them. Lack of "care" in small jobs does not reflect well.
