I went to the used car lot wanting to trade-in my current car for something cheaper, but nicer as well. I found a used SUV with high mileage, but other than that an amazing find. While I spent more than I wanted in total with the extended warranty purchase-it was worth it in the long run. I love my new vehicle! It needs some minor cosmetic fix ups-but it runs great/looks great/feels great! There is a fee they add in that's mandatory that raises the cars actual sale price a 1000+ higher than the sale price of the car-so be sure to ask about it and save for it when planning to buy from them or haggle for a lower selling price of the vehicle. However, I'm for sure going back to Show Me Auto Mall for my next vehicle. If Cory still works there when you decide to go-be sure to ask for him! read more

8/15/26. Unprofessional. We called the day before and were told that a car would be ready to look at 9am Saturday. Upon arrival we waited for 20 minutes to look at a car, which was not even the one we came to look at. While waiting for the correct car we walked around the lot and when we walked around back we saw the car we came to look at. This car looked like the images online, but different. This car had been driven and had someone's belongings inside of it. We noticed too that the front end looked like it had been damaged. That was not shown in the images online either. It felt very untrustworthy. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this establishment. read more

I'm coming here tonight to write a review on the sales man; Ben. Ben has been salesman for about two weeks now in these two weeks. He has played games continuously even though I've been saying I am ready to buy this car in full for two weeks. He has been talking down every single coworker that he works with with me standing right there during every single test drive that we've been on for me to ensure that this car is the right choice for me. He doesn't use the times to tell me about the car to tell me about the stats when I ask him about the stats in the car, his answer is always that he doesn't know that the listing is taken down because I put a deposit down. My problem now is in the fact that he never knows the answers to that but then he always changes the conversation about his coworkers and how the woman is only loved in this establishment because her titties are out. Please reconsider being as an employee and please switch him from being my salesman so I can finish my purchase on a 2022 Dodge charger that he will not text back about Butt continuously calls even though I say I have a busy work week thank you. In this photo, it is the messages of me telling him why I can't complete the purchase because there's 6000 and damages already present before the purchase and he won't text back about these damages. But keeps asking me if I'm "ready for my delivery" I don't even know what that means when we are in the middle of discussing details on the car. You have to respond about what I'm saying in order to get my business . read more

Show Me Auto Mall - This is the most unprofessional salesman I've ever came in contact with. - Auto Repair Near Me - Harrisonville, Missouri

This company is such an embarrassment to the car sales industry, the Show Me Auto Mall of Harrisville, Missouri. I live 45 minutes away; I saw the car I want on the business web page. I was told over the telephone that the car was/is in perfect condition. A JEEP Gladiator, color is exactly what I am looking for, I'm excited! BUT this, Someday I WILL MAYBE learn to read the reviews on websites and YELP. You should read those posted and proceed with caution. So, we made the drive expecting to come home with our new car. We get there but the car was nowhere to be seen. Now IF I am a dealership and I have a customer coming to see a car, I am going to have that car right up front, it wasn't. So, after 10/15 minutes they bring it up, we go out to inspect, and we take it for a test drive. Its appearance is nice, but my gut was telling me that it had had some hard off-road driving. The tires, off road types, were, in my opinion, about worn out, tires are muddy. There was a whole in the driver's side floorboard, missing a plug. Floor mats, dirty, thrown into the truck bed. A chip in the passenger's side windshield also on the passenger side rear fender. We drove it, a rough ride it was due to the tires and their condition, noisy to boot. So I make the choice of going home and thinking about IF I want this truck or not, I'm leaning not. My guts telling me to walk away, there's something wrong with this car, I don't know what it is, but I don't want it. Usually no problem, right? Welp, not in this case. It became very obvious very soon that they wanted to get rid of this car. The "high pressure began." And no matter what I said they would not let up. Frank, the salesman who is admittedly new on the job finally relented after making several different offers, so we went to MY car to leave. I'm getting into my car and here comes this guy who introduces himself as manager, Chris. Chris asks, "what can we do to make you want this car." I told him that I was going to think about it overnight. He became rude and, overbearing and high pressure and would not let it go. "What is it you don't like about this car?" I told him, the car has a rough ride, because of the tires but it rides very rough. He says, " All Jeeps drive like that." I say, "that's BullShit, I have owned 4 Jeep Wranglers so I know better." That ended that part of the conversation. I'm trying to get into my car and he's in my face. I had their proposal on paper and he took it from me. "IF ya don't take our offer right now, that price won't be here tomorrow," By now they had dropped the price on the truck from 29K + down to 22K. We finally leave, drove away. I no longer had to think overnight about wanting this truck or doing any more business with these people. About a half hour Later I get a text from someone Who says, "IF I were to get to $20,000 difference on the Jeep, surely we could go ahead and wrap this up today, right." I don't answer and then I get another text saying, " I am Chris Delmont, Manager of "Show Me Auto Mall." His text reads like this, "Hello Edward, my name is Chris Delmont, Sales Manager of Show Me Auto Mall, and I want to thank you for giving my team the opportunity to assist. I am sorry I did not get the opportunity to meet you, but I would love to know how we can make you a part of the family. Please respond back to this text to let me know how I can be of assistance. Thank you for the opportunity, Chris Delmont, Sales Manager Show Me Auto Mall." Now, they either have two managers named "Chris" or the first Chris doesn't think I have no memory and got his name. IF I owned this business, I would get a new manager. IF you choose to do business with this outfit, you have not read the reviews and it's all your own fault. read more

there is a 2022 dodge charger 392 widebody on lot they won't admit what's wrong with it. I've took it to an inspection and found over 10k in cost of fixes, this is what they said in response; the bumper is replaced and after market not oem; over sprayed; lazy work. They won't address that concern either. Save yourself, they are trying to put people in a predicament. It took me after they inspected it themselves to inspect myself, to find these issues. The sales man was also aggressive after I found these issues after inspection. Question their integrity, question the vehicle you are purchasing. Good luck. You will need it. read more

Two days prior to driving down we checked the availability of a yukon xl, was told that it would be available and ready to see that saturday. Drove an hour to get there waited 30 minutes while being the only customer there for our salesman to find the car we were coming to look at just to notice that not only had the car been wrecked after being listed on their website. The interior of the car had mud covering the floorboards, crumbs in the cup holders, what looked like dry wall dust covering most of the rear seats and doors, and the trunk was filled with baby clothes and diapers. Not a single employee had anything to say about the condition of the vehicle that was nothing like the listing online. very disappointed especially because we checked two days before hand about the vehicle and not once was anything mentioned bout the damage that happened after the car had already been listed for sale. read more

I'd recommend staying away. I purchased a high mileage Jeep Wrangler after being given the sales pitch including the 100+ service check with the Jeep having been given a pass / green check for any transmission issues / leaks. I trailered the Jeep home only to find an active leak which was found to be the rear main seal needing replacement. Contacted Show Me Auto Mall only to be told it must have passed inspection and that it was sold "as is". Wouid have really appreciated some service assitance since they indicated it passed without any leak. read more

Long story short: -Do I think I went home with a decent vehicle at a decent price? Yes. -Would I shop here ever again? No. Long story long: They had a vehicle we were interested, it was clean, looked well maintained, good carfax. We showed up, and the vehicle was in similar condition as pictured online. However, when we began talking numbers, that's when things really began going downhill. I made an offer and after 15 minutes the salesman came back with a new price that was over $5,000 more than the list price online. That number included $1799 for nitrogen filled tires, door guards, and a low level of theft protection. By my estimate, maybe a couple hundred dollars in value if any of that means anything to you in the first place. That price also included another $1799 for any two of a list of options, none of which would come near $1800 in value. The list included things like window tint, a light bar, Apple car play install, etc. The next fee was $1000 for not financing through them for the vehicle. If you choose not to finance with them, they will attempt to place another $1,000 on top of the list price. Finally, a $599 doc fee rounded out the $5,197 addition to the list price. The salesman claimed that the doc fee was Missouri state mandated and non-negotiable. This is not true. While every dealer may have some sort of administrative fee, it is not Missouri law that it must be $599 or non-negotiable. After I disputed the bogus fees the salesman came back with a made up copy of the Kelly Blue Book value of the vehicle I was interested in. Little did they know, I had already pulled the report using the VIN and vehicle condition. Their made up number was several thousand dollars higher than the number kbb.com gave me. The sheet they handed me was not a screen shot, it was not straight from KBB, it looked like a poorly written Word document meant to fool unprepared customers. I should have walked out by now, but I had confidence that the vehicle, regardless of the shady dealership practices, was a good option for us. Anyways, negotiations continued and we finally came to a number. They said they'd agree under one condition: That I would leave five 5-Star reviews on various platforms. I, again, confronted their questionable tactics. I do not believe a deal should be dependent me leaving good reviews, especially as the buying process was not complete yet. They were attempting to buy or bribe good reviews and my morals did not agree with that. Again, should have walked away then. We proceeded to paperwork and it wasn't long before they tried to get me to sign a document stating that I have read and understood two additional documents that I had not, in fact, shown me yet. I politely questioned if I could see those before signing and received a response as if I was being ridiculous. Why would anyone sign something saying that they have received and read something if they had not yet. Especially in a slurry of legal documents around a used vehicle at a dealership that has already shown me how deceptive they are. I refused to sign until I saw those documents. The salesman moved forward but the same issue was presented when we got to the finance person. He was persistent that I needed to sign the sheet saying I had read and understood two documents that I had not been provided yet. For whatever reason they were dead set on me signing. Again, I refused. Again, I received backlash. Rude-sarcastic comments, both to my face and to their co-workers while they thought I was far enough to not be able to hear. I left with a pit in my stomach. I should have walked. I shouldn't have endorsed their lack of ethics and transparency by continuing the purchase. I was mad at myself and felt bad for the others I saw in the showroom being put through the same ordeal. Hopefully they were wise enough to know better. Reading this, hopefully you are too. read more

Before You Buy from Show Me Auto Mall - Read This First I've bought many cars over the years--usually fixer-uppers I could enjoy and repair. I'm no mechanic, but I know enough to avoid bad deals. Or so I thought. This time, I got burned. I had $20K cash and was looking for a decent truck. Stopped at Show Me Auto Mall in Harrisonville, MO, and met Markus. He showed me a 2015 Nissan Titan with 82K miles. It was filthy--dusty inside, mattress in the bed, broken plate light, and an exhaust leak (which they promised to fix but never did). Still, I knew the model, assumed they'd clean it up (they didn't), and agreed to test drive it--after we put gas in it ourselves. It was a long day of pressure, hunger, and impatience. My partner was "hangry," and we were tired of shopping. I let my guard down and moved forward with the deal--despite red flags: * They avoided giving me the Carfax until I pushed hard. * Truck had a prior accident they never mentioned. * Price kept shifting: $22K to $20K, then back to $22K. * I signed a "final offer" doc for $20K--disappeared from final paperwork. * Rushed me through multiple arbitration waivers. * Snuck in a $599 license fee. Tried upselling $2K+ in extras. * Pressured me for a 5-star review before I even took it home. I gave it. Mistake. After the sale: * Muffler fell off 12 miles later. * "Fixed" exhaust leak was a poor weld job. I paid $1,100 to replace the system. * Wrong battery installed (360 CCA vs required 650+). * Sunroof broke again. Backup sensors still don't work. * No one returned my calls--even when I asked politely. Worst part: the final loan came out to over $22K--despite me agreeing and signing (but conveniently losing) paperwork for $20K. Finance guy said, "We'd never agree to that--we're a for-profit business." He admitted they had my signed offer, but said it didn't matter. No goodwill, no accountability. In total, I lost: * $1,400+ in repairs * Time, energy, peace of mind * Trust in what I thought was basic honesty I'm sharing this not to vent, but to warn. I know trucks. I had cash. And I still got played. If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. If you still plan to buy here: * Bring food. Stay alert. * Get the Carfax up front. * Have your own mechanic inspect it. * Read everything--especially in finance. * Expect the final price to be $2.5K more than advertised. I don't think they're evil--just typical fast-talking, high-pressure car sales. I hope they treat the next buyer better. "Mistakes are teachers dressed as regret." Learn from mine so you don't have to. -- Thanks for reading. Be smarter than I was. read more

Updated review. Agreed at 20k truck but sold at 22k. Sales person admitted there was a final offer paper signed but somehow went missing. Showed up at the dealership with the promise of sales rep to "make it right", he just said he doesn't have the power to do anything but his manager could. The manager said they will fix the exhaust that fell off(same day after drove off the lot). They never called back.. You may have been in business for a while, but please remember honest business is the only way to go in small towns. You wonder why your yelp rating is so terrible and people call you crooks, there you have the answer. You want to buy from an honest business, this place is not it. **Below review was left during the purchase, sale person Markus informed us that he gets a small kickback for each positive reviews that mentions his name and I left it across several platforms to help him out. Markus was wonderful, very knowledgeable on the vehicles they hold and patiently explained everything. They go around to nationwide to obtain vehicles at auctions and promise a 1 year warrenty on service and parts. read more

BUYER BEWARE -- A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH On April 22, 2025, I purchased a BMW SUV from Show Me Auto Mall in Harrisonville, Missouri, and it has been an absolute nightmare ever since. We scheduled an appointment and made it clear that we only had $500 for a down payment. After submitting a credit application (which we were told looked good), we received a call just hours before the appointment stating they now needed $2,000 down. After going back and forth, we agreed to $1,200. When we arrived, the vehicle was backed into a spot up front and ready for a test drive -- but with multiple dash warning lights on. The salesman (who was extremely obnoxious and cocky) claimed it was just a wheel sensor on order. During the test drive, we noticed a cracked windshield and etched marks deep into the windshield caused by rotted wiper blades. We were initially told "no" on replacing the windshield, so we began to walk away. The salesman went inside and then came back out quickly and said they would replace the windshield and wipers. When signing paperwork, it was a struggle to get the dealership to document these promised repairs. The finance manager was rude and condescending, adding to our concerns about the entire purchase process. Once paperwork was signed, we were told to take the vehicle home, but were then told we couldn't due to the sensor still being out. We handed the keys back and waited over a week for promised repairs. On April 29, we arrived to pick the car up and it was brought around from Service and backed into a soot again and it was found that the wipers hadn't been changed. We had to ask again for this to be done. After leaving we went across street to Walamrt and upon backing out of parking space I noticed odd noises while reversing. I had my ex husband get in and test back it out and he stated it may be breaks and to keep an eye on it. I took it home and parked it in garage where it stayed for a few days and then found it became worse upon backing out of garage. On May 1st On May 2, I took it to Baron BMW and paid over $100 for a professional assessment. That assessment revealed over $7,800 in needed repairs, including the front differential and motor mounts -- on a car I paid $9,900 for. I also found that someone had "repaired" a broken interior door handle with black tar-like goo, which ruined my clothing. I returned the vehicle to Show Me Auto Mall. After over a week and a half, they agreed to replace the motor mounts and install a refurbished differential (not a new one like BMW recommended). They did not repair the door handle. When I picked the car up again on May 12, the A/C wasn't working and the door handle was still broken. I had to leave it again. They later claimed the A/C just needed Freon. Now, just a week after finally having it home, the vehicle is leaking coolant in my garage. The time, money, and energy lost trying to chase down repairs -- not to mention the deception, lack of professionalism, and poor customer service -- have made this experience one of the worst I've ever had. Even their own service manager admitted this vehicle should have never been put up for sale. I asked numerous times to take the car back and just give us our $1200 down payment back and they said no everytime and only offered to pay the first car payment of $250 Show Me Auto Mall is not a dealership I would ever trust again. Stay far away. read more

My husband had been wanting a Hellcat forever! He found one here and decided he wanted to test drive it trade in his car and purchase the Hellcat. Nick was the salesman who was new at the dealership. I wished I would have joined my husband as I have more experience with purchasing cars. We found out the front tires were running on "cords" and needed to be replaced immediately for safety concerns. We ordered Continental tires at our service shop we always use. We received a phone call not long after dropping the car off and the mechanic asked us where the locking logout was to get the tires/wheels off. My husband said there was a lugnut in the center console. Well, it was JUST a lugnut and not the unlocking one. We then take the car to the local Dodge dealership and spend $140 for the mechanic to find the universal locking lugnut in order to get the tires replaced. Also, the car only came with one key (the black key) and has a "red" key as well which we never received. We returned to the Dodge dealershop nearby once again and had the "red" key ordered. The key was approximately $350 and then programming it to the car, another $100! All in all, we had to spend an additional $1200+. I guess that's what we get for buying a Hellcat at this place after the dealership buys it from an auto auction. Please make sure everything you need comes with the vehicle you may want to purchase. When I called to insure it, my insurance agent stated they don't usually insure the SRT Hellcat!! My heart dropped! I explained to her my husband is pushing 60 years old, has had no speeding tickets or accidents. The insurance underwriter approved us for coverage. WHEW! If we had it all over to do again, my husband would have looked a little longer to make sure everything for the car was included before making a purchase. We do not recommend Show Me Auto Mall. read more

Worst experience! This place is a hoax. We called ahead to look at a car and were told it would be ready to view. We then drove over an hour with our family to find that they clearly didn't have the car they had advertised. I've never left a review before, let alone a negative one, but after a month of back and forth with my salesperson, I just want to say: beware. I made an appointment same day to look at a specific car. An hour later when I get to my appointment, that car is unavailable because the engine failed. Okay, fine. My salesperson, Terry, pulls another car for me (above my price range, but again, fine. I get it, trying to make a sale.) The actual reason for this review is because I had put an overnight-hold deposit on a car so I could think about it. I felt very rushed and wanted to take some time. Not even 24 hours later I had called and told them thank you but I would not be buying with them. I was assured this was fully refundable. It's been a month and I have not gotten my deposit back. I have also not been able to contact my salesperson for 2 weeks. I've called multiple times and emailed, no response. One of the phone numbers Terry gave me does not have a voicemail set up, and the other is possibly out of service? I couldn't directly get through to him during regular business hours with either. (Though he had plenty of time to call and text me during my workday on the day I tried canceling my deposit, telling me his finance guy could come down more for this car if I would just call him back.) Listen, if deposit is in fact nonrefundable, I would have appreciated being told. But I was assured at the time in person and for the next week of phone-tag that they would do everything in their power to follow through on getting me my $200 back. Lesson learned, I guess. Especially if you're a young woman and/or first time car buyer, I would not recommend this place. As stated above, I felt very rushed to buy a completely different car than I came in looking for, at a higher price than I wanted. And I'm now out $200. read more

worst place to ever buy a vehicle from they will take advantage of you. I was told by the owner of the son who is a salesman that they didn't have to sell me the vehicle if I didn't buy an upsell of a service that they provide for nitrogen air and seals and then when I go to take my car in for service for my seals because I had a water leak that leaked into my floorboard and caused mold, I was told an entirely different story compared to what a Ford technician told me was wrong with my seals and then they told me that they didn't see an issue with the seals, even though they are peeling up And paid $100 for nothing even though it's supposed to be a service that they provided it wasn't supposed to be diagnosed. I came in there knowing what I needed and they told me otherwise do not recommend purchase and or service your vehicle at this dealer for a Ford dealership very unprofessional. read more

First off beware because their pricing on line is only if your finance through them. This was told to us after my son drove the car and liked it. Price went up by almost 5,000 so we were ready to walk. They finally came down to a reasonable price even thought it was over the listed price on line. They said they have disclaimer in the small print. I really don't like playing these games but my son like the car and we bought it. On his way home the first night the check engine light came on. We called service the next day and they told him they were booked due to the storm but to bring in sometime the following week. Now when he took it in they asked if he purchased an extended warranty from them which we did not. So he drove an hour there, per their instruction, for them to turn him away without fixing the problem. We cannot prove it but my guess is they had reset this check engine light hoping that it would not come back on for a day or so until it was purchased. Just beware of their deception on the vehicles they are selling as they may have hidden issues and their on line pricing will not be honored for a cash sale. If you instinct like us is to walk you better listen to it! read more

Go to a reputable dealership! Don't go here! We drove 10 hours with the intention of buying a car that they lied about on their website. Red flag#1: took the salesman 10 minutes just to put the car on the lot, red flag#2: no extra key fob (which are about $500 each), red flag #3: the windows were blacked out with a limo tint (which is illegal), red flag#4: the frame on the front bumper was bent, and red flag#5: the car wasn't detailed at all when I specifically asked them to before I got there. And who knows what else was wrong with the car just based on those initial issues. You could pretty much guarantee that they were hiding more problems with the car at that point. Liars. Absolute liars. I wouldn't trust this dealership with anything. I just received a lottery style mailer that had me as a winner for a free TV. Now I know that there's usually a gimmick. So I called ahead and specifically asked if I had to buy anything, or if there was any other catch or fine print that I needed to be aware of before I drove the 40 minutes to their location. And they were very clear that there was no other steps. I just show up and get the TV. When I get there, the owner comes up with a piece of paper and says your number at the bottom of the mailer has to match the number on this piece of paper. And the look on his face automatically said that he knew it wouldn't match. And it didn't. When I asked why that wasn't clarified when I called, he just shrugged and said they didn't need to tell me. Because buried in the fine print, on the back, it said the numbers had to match their board too. Yet when I called, the person at the dealership said that as long as the numbers on my page match, that's all. The damn thing is that me and my wife have been talking about buying a minivan for over 6 months. We've just been waiting for the right opportunity. This seemed like it, a sign. And I walked in there ready to drop 50% cash on a 2018 minivan they have listed. I would never give these guys a cent of your money, or a second of your time. Because they will openly lie to you about anything and then say "You could have read the fine print". I have NOT bought from them and will NOT buy from them. I went and viewed a car and the interior was covered in stains, no exaggeration. I can't imagine a worse experience buying a car. In short, please be careful purchasing a car with this dealership and be sure to double check all your paperwork and what your salesman is telling you. I would not, for a minute, trust this dealership. My experience began on a Saturday morning when pulling into the car lot. My salesman lied to me about another truck I told him I was looking at in Blue Springs, MO. He told me "he had been in a competition with a customer between his truck and that truck and the customer decided to go with the other truck." I didn't fully believe this and thought it was a salesman trying to sell a vehicle. I found a truck on this lot that I truly liked but I still went to look at truck #2. I decided I liked the truck at Show me better and wanted to see if they would make me a deal I couldn't refuse. The salesman and I talked for a while and we agreed on a deal that I liked. At this point, I had not ran my credit, so I wanted to know what the interest rate they were basing this deal off was so I could gauge whether or not my credit would be within the range. I knew it would easily so I decided to take the deal. I began paperwork with a different salesman who went through everything with me because the first salesman had left. She gave me a window sticker that stated the vehicle was sold "As Is With No Warranty" I told her that my previous salesmen told me that all Show Me Auto vehicles come with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. She said "As long as you don't sign your warranty rejection form, you will receive your warranty." This was a major mistake on my part, I should have made them change it then, however, I decided to trust the integrity of the establishment (HUGE MISTAKE). Two and a half hours later I make it into the finance office. The deal the finance guy had on his computer was no where near the deal we agreed upon with the salesman. This was very frustrating. The finance guy then stated it was because they hadn't ran my credit and they didn't have an accurate interest rate. This could be possible, however, the interest rate I was receiving was BELOW the estimated rate. Therefor, it doesn't really make much sense. I told them I would not be signing to buy the car unless it was the agreed upon deal. This part was a hassle and took around 25 minutes. Finally, we got the deal done and I drove the truck home. Five days later, I receive a call saying I forgot to fill out a form. After calling they told me the form that wasn't filled out was the warranty rejection form. The finance guy told me that I had a better warranty but he couldn't show me the paperwork for the better warranty until I had submitted my warranty rejection form. This was a complete lie and by definition, is FRAUD. He then proceeded to come up with four different reasons to why my vehicle didn't come with a warranty, even though the "Show Me Edge" on their website states the following "Best of all, every Show Me Auto Mall vehicle comes with all the benefits of our signature Show Me Edge. Benefits include a free loaner vehicle with authorized repairs, free towing within 30 miles and a free powertrain warranty." They eventually gave me gave me the warranty, this was, however, after they threatened to push the paperwork through without the warranty added. I have been looking for a truck for the last month, I have went to a lot of dealerships until I found the truck I love which happened to be here. Looking back after all the headaches and struggles to work with this business and their horrible customer service, I would not have bought my truck, it is simply not worth what I went through. read more

Never bothered to leave a yelp review. Avoid this place like the plague. Bought car from them 3 years ago and still to this day trying to get the title work. No one ever has answers. The person you need isn't working that day. The office isn't open. I've heard every excuse in the book. Not to mention I was sold a fake warranty. Was told the warranty covered the car and was charged $2,500 for it, only to find out the warranty only covered the stereo and the backup camera and there is a deductible to even do that. Bunch of greasy old men who are relics of old school car sales and can't get jobs at actual car lots. read more

I wish I could put no stars. Watch out for all the hidden fees! Don't try to pay cash or you will pay more! Require to get their additional $1499 package. The price on the website is not what you will pay! read more

Purchased a 2001 chevy equinox and worst decision I've ever made! Had 3 engines replaced and once again another blown head gasket. Apparently they have no loaners and said sorry here's the number to the insurance you have on it. Not to mention i've lost track how many times it's been towed! So I guess engine #4 it is....horrible management and customer service. Very disappointed read more

Don't buy here! Do business somewhere else. I drove up from ozark mo on 3-7-20 to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee I called two and a half hours before I got there to make sure everything was good to go. When I got there it was broke down. BS. I should have been called and givin a heads up that it was not ready or that something was up with the Jeep. The car was dirty looked like an animal had been sleeping in the back seat, it was filthy I'll definitely be doing business with a company who cares. Cause its not these clowns. 5 hours waisted in the truck for nothing. read more

Do not buy a vehicle here. We bought two and with both they could not provide the title weeks after the temporary tag expired.

Terrible dealership to buy a vehicle from! I begged my husband to go through any other dealership after we first started having a bad experience, but he had to have "that one truck". It all started when my husband found a truck online that he wanted to go look at. The dealership is 3 hours away from where we live, so he called before we all left that morning to make sure the truck was there. They said it was. Two and a half hours into our drive they call him and say, guess what, the truck isn't there. It was near WOF being repaired. We were that close to the dealership, so we decided to drive in anyway to see what else they had. They were rude when we got there. They didn't have anything we liked, so we left. Fast forward to the following week and my husband, NOT the dealership, finds a truck he likes in their inventory (Belton location). He drives to go see it, likes it, but it has a number of issues. The dealer and my husband negotiate, agree to a deal. Truck bought. Fast forward to less than 30 days later...truck's "check engine" light comes on. It has not 1, not 2, but TWENTY-TWO codes on it when read. Many times the same code repeated itself. It was obvious that the dealership reset the codes and didn't do anything to fix before re-selling. They made an agreement with us to reimburse us for the cost of repairs. We get the truck repaired, send them the receipt and they send us a check, for HALF of the amount of the repairs. NOT the agreement, which my husband has text messages to prove. They say that the accounting dept. said they already have too much into the deal, so the best they decided to do was send us a check for half. One, they do nothing to the vehicles that are traded in before they re-sell them. They had our trade-in listed for sale and posted well before our deal was even done. Two, they didn't honor their agreement. Three, they have poor customer service and don't return calls (even their upper management failed to return calls) and they don't have what they say they have, so you may drive 3 hours for nothing. This is BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE buying a car I've ever had, and I've bought 7 different vehicles. I recommend going anywhere else, anywhere else at all. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This place is the most unethical, untrustworthy place ever. We drove 4 hours to buy a truck, completed financing for the price listed, sat for 5 hours and they sold the truck for $500 more right from under us to a guy that came in after we were there and said we wanted to buy it. They don't care about the customer. Juan is the worst of all of them, DO NOT TRUST HIM. I'm disgusted with the lack of customer service, the owners should be ashamed to be running a business like this. read more

I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad from Show-Me Auto Mall in Harrisonville, MO. This was an easy sale because I knew what I wanted and had excellent credit to get it. When discussing purchase details, I said I was concerned about the condition of the tires. The tread seemed poor. I have two children and I have to make sure I have a safe vehicle for transportation. The saleswoman told me since the vehicle had only 19,000 miles, the tires couldn't be worn out yet. I traded in my old 4x4 Honda C-RV (it had been rear ended), and went for this newer Dodge Journey Crossroad, which was front wheel drive. I've had front wheel drive vehicles in the past, so I wasn't too worried, as long as the tires were in good condition. Just after purchasing, we had a snow storm. The vehicle did exceptionally poor in the snow, so I went to have the tires checked out. One tire has an impact bubble and all four tires were recommended to be replaced due to poor tread, as I feared. I contacted my salesperson who seemed surprised to hear about the situation. I told her I loved the vehicle but was disappointed with the performance of the tires, mostly because it was my only concern when I bought the vehicle. She said she spoke with her manager and there was nothing they could do, since the tires passed the inspection prior to the sale. I am now at the tire shop, spending $800 on new tires... for my new vehicle. I'm so disappointed, because I love my new car but I wish I had stuck with my gut on the condition of the tires. It might have been different if I hadn't mentioned it, but I made a point to express my concern about the safety of the tires and it was dismissed. read more

Excellent customer service from Will. He really went above and beyond to make sure we looked at every single truck we asked for, and in the end we purchased a truck that we didn't even know we liked until he brought it out. We did have to wait a while for paperwork, but it was due to no fault of his own. read more

If you want to get screwed over, go to Show Me Auto Mall! They tell you one thing, but are doing something totally different. I bought a car there (with some shady business that is too long to explain on here but would love to) Put 4K down on a sticker priced car of $9997, I am no genius, but that means I should have only have had to pay around 6K more right?! NOPE, I am going to end up paying like 14K for this damn car. Pissed to say the least. .....and the service dept thinks that if its not a transmission or engine problem you are the least of their worries. Cxl'd that policy as of today, I don't ever want to have to deal or talk to anyone from Show Me Auto Mall again. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! read more

made contact regarding a specific vehicle and its price. After a few emails they were able to lower the price a little bit. The following day the vehicle dropped its price on the Internet lower then the price that they had renegotiate for me. When I inquired about the new lower price, I was told I would not receive that lower price because I was already quoted a price. The price i was quoted was higher then the new advertised price. They told me that the lower price was for special situations on trade ins and in house financing. Very strange and frustrating situation. I will be taking my business else where. Situations like this regarding price makes it very hard to trust a company. I will say they has good email communication with me which i appreciated. read more
