The price seemed fair at $99 per spring, so I purchased their regular-duty springs since I mostly drive in the city and don't carry heavy loads. After installation, I noticed some popping noises. I assumed it was just the new springs settling in since the ride felt the same, and eventually, the noise stopped. Fast forward a few years, I noticed my rear passenger side starting to sag. At first, I thought it was a bad shock, but upon closer inspection, I found the middle spring had snapped in two places. I understand the 1-year warranty policy and that the company can't control how customers treat their suspension. But seriously, if the OEM springs lasted 18 years, shouldn't these last more than 4-5 years? When I reached out to the company, their response was to offer me new springs at the same price I originally paid. That's not a special offer--it's just the current price. I wasn't expecting a full refund, but a significant discount would've shown some accountability and goodwill. I gave them a shot, but with this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere for replacement springs.
