Sean (I believe he may be the store manager) greeted me right away as soon as I walked in and asked how he could help. I explained what I needed, and he let me know they didn't have an opening until October 12 and that state inspections aren't available on Saturdays. That was good information to know! What impressed me most was that even though they couldn't fit me in, Sean went out of his way to give me 5-6 other locations nearby in Belton that offer inspections. That kind of effort really stood out.
