As it turns out, they were not the right tires for our car and we felt unsafe driving the remaining trip with them. Through the Liberty, MO store, we found out the Overland Park store carried the tires we needed so we backtracked to the Overland Park store and they were able to get us in immediately. I feel terrible I cannot remember the gentleman's name who assisted us, but the name on our receipt says Bryant. He was very nice, efficient and so professional! Bryant was able to change out the two tires the Topeka store replaced yesterday with the two tires that matched our front tires. I even got a phone call the day after ordering letting me know my tires were in and ready for my appointment. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. The part that won me over was the price matching. I found the same tires cheaper at Walmart and instead of going somewhere else or filling out a long form, or asking in store, I just used the live chat option. You can chat with someone who will price match for you!! They asked for a link to the tires I wanted to price match with, verified they could match and then just sent me a discounted checkout link that was valid for 30 days. It saved me a lot of money and took hardly any effort, which honestly is worth more than it sounds. When I arrived, the location was spotless and very well kept. I was honestly surprised at how clean the restrooms were for a place that sees so much grease. The waiting area was comfortable too, with a window where you can watch them work on your car from your seat and USB outlets nearby so you can charge your phone while you wait. They have guest wifi too and they text you with updates the entire time so you know what to expect and what is happening. Small things like that really matter and add up. The staff was kind and patient with me the whole time. Multiple employees took the time to explain everything clearly. When I needed someone to repeat something about my valve stems, he didn't seem annoyed at all, which I appreciated. As we were leaving, my tire sensors seemed off, so I pulled back around. Before I even had time to get out and go inside, someone noticed, came right out to help, and explained what was going on. That kind of attentiveness stood out to me. Great if you want your tires changed in a half hour, terrible if you care for your wheels and do…read morenot want them beat up and damaged. Three out of four wheels were scratched and gouged in multiple spots. They also somehow managed to lose a lug nut cover. After pointing out that a wheel was missing the covers, they brought them out and put 4 of the 5 back on and didn't care to mention that they were missing one. Luckily I double checked on my last walk around and noticed. Unluckily, they don't care about their customers so they aren't taking responsibility. They took my information and submitted a claim to their insurance who took weeks to get back to me only to say this damage doesn't line up with having your tires changed. Terrible way to do business and I will not be a returning customer.
