Stumbled upon Tire Town using Google maps and so glad I did! Hugh is who I worked with. I called in and he was able to find me practically a new tire for my Fiat. Once I got my vehicle out there, it took them maybe 20 minutes (on a Saturday) and I was free to go! I might add that they were rather busy at the time and I barely had to wait. I spent $75 for everything. Every place I called before that was charging over $130 not including all the miscellaneous fees. Easy decision on my part. Before I left, Hugh told me that I have about another 6 months of tread with all my other tires. I appreciate the customer care and honesty. I plan on going back when it's time for me to get new tires. Great experience and looking forward to doing busy with them again.

Anyone who has ever moved knows that, of course that would happen that week! Fortunately, we found Zohr on Yelp and it was a mixed bag but ended up working pretty well. The bolt was discovered on a Saturday and we couldn't get anyone out until Monday around lunchtime. Not a huge issue as we have two cars and could ride it out, as long as they were on time... More about that in a sec. They were on the ball and said they could likely patch it, but got the tire size in case they needed to replace it on the spot. Their idea is genius, by the way. They'll come to you wherever and remove your tire and get it all fixed up or replaced, saving you the danger of driving on a wonky tire. They rescheduled us for Monday evening which didn't work with our closing/moving schedule, and called to have it at the original time. They didn't show during the window, and we had to call more than a few times to confirm they were still coming. Definitely frustrating to deal with, and I was ready to go to Plan B, but fortunately they ended up not being too late (about two hours after the window). My frustrations faded once they got someone en route; they became very responsive, communicative and let us know exactly when they'd be there. When they arrived, they said that since the bolt was in the tread they could plug it and be done in 15-20 minutes. Really grateful because we need a whole new set of tires on this car sometime soon, but would be a bummer to buy one and then have to buy a set again. Their tech was friendly and quick, very efficient, and the price was fair (I want to say around $85 out the door). They were a bit confused with the Yelp check in offer of 20% off, but I'm not sweating it too much. All in all, I was not the happiest camper the way it was going around appointment time, but they stepped up and totally redeemed themselves! Would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.

Caused the hood to become unaligned with the rest of the front parts. They also had left a screwdriver under the hood of my car which dented it and also seared a perfect indentation of the metal part in the lining. Thieves! Do not go to this shop. I made an appointment for my wife to have her oil changed. Asked…read morethem to include a quote for new front break job. She arrived on time and they put her car up on lift for the oil change, tire rotation and full service. Almost two hours later they were done. Presented her with the bill for $86.30. Typical cost for full service oil and rotation. Now comes the thievery part. She was presented with an estimate for a front and rear brakes. $1178.23. What?? Only asked fur front quote. The list of additional parts, services and "kits" was ridiculous. They also added over $600 in misc. Required services needed. Fuel system flush. Coolant system flush, brake fluid "replacement" etc. Car has 102,000 miles on it. At 99,000 we took it to our dealership and had all but the brake work including transmission flush completed. All warranty items were checked out and completed. We were informed only front brakes were needed. Once she got home she told me her tire sensor went off with 4 different pressure readings ranging from 27-32 lbs. I always mark my tires on inside to keep the shop honest. Guess what. They did not rotate the tires. Jeez!! Do not patronize this shop. Unscrupulous sales tactics and dishonest service practices.
