I called them in the am and they had my tires ready by 2pm in the afternoon and said they could have them installed same day. I was given a quote on replacing all of my tires of $540 'out the door.' That is an unbelievable (and unbeatable) price. I couldn't believe my ears when he told me they're installed free of charge- mount and rotate. They specialize specifically in tires only but they gave me a place to get an alignment done as well that offers reasonable pricing as other places were wanting to charge me significantly more. The staff are friendly and were very honest with me. It was a great experience. I'll be coming here from now on for all of my tire needs. read more

He found 2 tires of the right size for me and managed to get them to his place in a couple of hours. I had acquired a screw in my rear tire on a Sunday. I went to a Firestone by my house and the next available time they had would be Wednesday late morning. I don't want to fill my tire with air every day. I went to work Monday morning and tried to find a tire place I could get my tire fixed over lunch. Several coworkers suggested Mr. Tires. I went to lunch and gave them a call to see if they could get me in. He said to come by any time that day. I got there and parked up front. Went inside and told him which tire needed fixed. I hadn't even sat down before someone was already working on my car. I start playing my game on my phone and about ten minutes later I was good to go. I was shocked. A few days back I did a hard curb check and was thankful that I hadn't busted a tire, then today as I'm getting my kiddo buckled in, I see a big chunk is missing from one of my tires. I called a couple of places (and left messages with no return call) and looked online to get some quotes, then Google had Mr. Tires in the cue even though they were further away in KC. I call and tell them what I'm looking for. They had the exact tire I wanted in stock and for almost $20 less per tire than what I was finding online. As I'm driving from Lee's Summit, I pass a Big O and a Goodyear and start to wonder if I'm making a good decision driving so far. When I get to the shop, all concerns are put to rest. I go to check in and say I called earlier about a couple of new tires and the man at the counter rattled off the tire size and a tech asks for my keys and pulls my car up in front and they get to work. My kiddo and I sat outside on a bench (which was mostly shaded) since the smell of tires irritates my allergies and it was literally less than 30 minutes until they were all done. I've spent longer in the past waiting to check in at Sam's Club for tire service. We are very pleased with the service and price. Wow! Great service and freaky fast. They are the Jimmy Johns of tire repair. I brought in my car to have the 2 front tires patched because of nails and have all 4 tires balanced. I arrived at noon and they had my car up on the jacks literally in 1 minute. They were able to finish in 20 min. There prices are very reasonable too. $15 for the tire patch repair and $10 for each tire balance. I will definitely recommend them to other people. This is the only place to go for tires and tire repair. They are polite, quick and reasonable. I've had two set of tires replaced here and Brad always offers the best price. The average wait time to replace a whole set is 25 minutes and 15 minutes on tire repair. It's lightning fast compared to others. Brad also offered a great fix on mag wheel, which saved me a hundred dollars. read more

Brad at Mr. Tire did a great job my tires were worn I thought I just had a leak he found my exact tire for my vehicle which is a hybrid and very specific had it in within the day put them on and I was out in 15 minutes. His price was the most competitive in town and when we had an issue with the TPS which is the sensor for your inflation of your tires he was able to do research and correct the problem within 10 minutes of me coming back in. I hit a pothole and 60 seconds later my tire pressure light decided to join the party. I get to the office and everyone is telling me to get my arse to Mr. Tire stat. I call ahead and Brad was so incredibly kind/welcoming and assured me that whenever I can swing by, they'd make it happen. Which I would normally think was bull hockey because it's not like they don't get busy, right? This place is a GEM and the employees are MACHINES. The communication at this place is pristine. They all work together and tag team tasks. They were pretty busy when I arrived but 30 seconds after I walked in (no seriously), I turned around and 2 tires were off my car in the parking lot. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. I got a tire patched and alignment checked. Spent $15. And my favorite part? This was my first experience at places from jiffylube and firestone to dealerships where I wasn't painfully aware of my gender. Nobody looked at me weird or made any assumptions based on my being a female. One fella talked with me for a couple minutes about our kindred appreciation for Hondas lasting forever. I will be back.
