BEWARE of extra charges. Had my F150 Bed liner done today. Seems like a good enough product. I was told $499 on the phone. When I got there, they tried to add a $30 fee to remove a non-exsistant drop in bed liner (pic of the one I removed myself attached) and another $30 fee to undo two screws that attache the cover. Both of which were never discussed. When I confronted the clerk he told me that I did have a liner in the truck. After my third time informing him I did not, I asked him if he thought I was lying. He finally took off the extra $60 no discuss in this service. He basically treated me like a liar. ALSO - HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK - and I asked him why and he said it was his right. I expressed that he has the right to choose to wear or not when you are not at work consumer facing. You are in customer service, respect your customers by protecting them. read more

I ask about the warranty sense they are new they told me there is none and said sorry. called the company that makes the tire and they said yes there is one all they have to do is do a assessment of the tire. Had a bed liner spray in it looked really nice only complaint was some over spray between the cab and bed.

I called this place a month ago about getting the windows tinted on a couple of our company trucks. The guy who answered the phone said we don't tint windows. While looking at their photos, I saw a picture of someone who sure looked like he was tinting windows to me. I'm not from this area, and called around and found another company in Kansas to take care of our business. I'm glad I went somewhere else, after the reviews I have read about this place, and the way some of the idiots that work there drive in town. read more

One of their employees with the black lifted truck and their logo all over it is the worst driver with the worst road rage I've ever seen. He purposely swerved into the lane next to him to try and make a car in front of us hit the median because they weren't driving fast enough for him. That maneuver was after they legally got into the truck's lane using their blinker and all. I would NEVER use them to do anything on my vehicle based on their rude and dangerous behavior to a fellow driver on the roads. Oh, and this was after the snow storm, so perhaps they should consider some people don't like to drive over the speed limit when there is slush and even ice on the roads. Your lifted truck may be able to handle these conditions, BUT your lack of brain power probably leaves room for error as you clearly demonstrated. read more

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with KC Customs. I came to this company because I was seeking professional advice on getting roof racks purchased and installed to haul my kayak. These racks were installed in early June of this year and completely failed in July after using them only a handful of times. I followed the yakima instructions for loading the kayak precisely and was well below the weight limit for the racks. The entire front rack came off while I was driving on 435. I went to KC Customs with the failed bar and they found no fault with their install or yakima and told me I could just call the corporate line. After spending over $1,000 on this system & install and I beyond disappointed with the response I received. I came to your business seeking out your recommendation on a system and a professional installation. I am used to companies standing behind their work and representing their customer's best interests, not the best interest of their distributors. read more

I was in to KC Customs today due to a problem with my light wiring that was installed last year. The wiring was done with simple snap clamps and has the potential to collect moisture. I wasn't aware of this until the local dealer pointed this out. I made an appointment to discuss this matter and they were rude and didn't want to work out a fix. I am shocked because I have been purchasing products from them for years but this is the first time I have ever questioned the work that has been done. I think it is absolutely disgraceful to not back service or work. I will not be back. Please review installers and wartime's before using a aftermarket installer. Lesson learned. I will now have to pay someone else to correct the mess. read more

I took my newly purchased 2015 F150 in & had them install wheel well liners & Rhino line the bed. They did a great job on both & the price was very reasonable. I eventually plan on getting some 20in rims from them but in the meantime I also bought a swing case for the bed that I installed myself. The shop rep was very friendly & made me feel like they cared about my business. While I don't need any heavy duty off road stuff I will definitely be back for other truck related items. read more

I'm planning some engine upgrades to my truck and called to get information and pricing from this business. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone I wish I would've got his name, he was extremely helpful. He was more than willing to explain things and possible options for me. I was also very impressed with the fact he was not trying to upsell me and definitely was not wanting to tell me only what I wanted to hear and I appreciated that.
