Jeff at Standard Battery went above and beyond. My car broke down and I walked 30 minutes to their…read morelocation to buy a new battery. Not only did they help me find the right battery but they also gave me a ride back to my car and installed the battery for me. I would highly recommend Them to anyone!

I'd give 0 stars if I could, but since so can't , a one will have to suffice..... After leaving a…read morevery well earned 1 star review on google , I gave them another chance to keep my 20 years of purchasing . First guy I encountered was GREAT, (although he said he's quitting soon, so there's that) but second guy walked in and said "there's Mr One Star Review" and shot me a snide look. I asked him why he felt the need to run his mouth to a customer , he promptly told me off , I stepped outside and let my employee who was with me handle the remainder of the transaction. The second employee proceeded to follow me outside to threaten and intimidate further. Telling me he owned three cars lots and didn't give a F about his job, and he ain't never been knocked out before. Remember, I'm a customer..... I left and called to speak with a manager . Jeff was cool with me while I was angry and venting, and assured me we would have a meeting with the GM to discuss this matter . In fact that was a lie. The battery I was sold was bad, so I returned 3 hours later , only to be met by Jeff ( who has always been the nicest most chill laid back guy , until today) who had the shíttest attitude with me over what HIS worker created and refunded my money instead of exchanging my battery and told me we wouldn't be doing anymore business in the future. All with unwarranted condescending attitude. Alls well, 20 years of loyal purchasing for myself and my customers , not worth a damn to your company . Your fat lazy mouthy employee needs fired, Jeff needs to retire , and the whole damned place needs a new crew. And Advance had the same battery 23$ cheaper , delivered to me, with none of the hostile BS ...

I have come here to replace the screens on my iPhone 5c and now my iPhone 7. With the 5c everything…read morewas fine and the screen was almost identical to the original. (I recall no issues. 100% would've recommended) Always fixed within 2 hours. But, with the 7 it's less sensitive and broke within 3 weeks. 2 months after the first replacement (which was $130 after tax) I went to fix it again. THIS time it's unevenly placed on and bottom right corner it's already having sensitivity issues above the regular sensitivity issues. There's an area that's pushed in (the size of a fingerprint) and has a blue hue. I inspected the area they cut the glass to replace my screen and it's uneven all along. (I got it fixed Tuesday. It's Sunday.) Thankfully I paid more for a warranty but since they're out in Liberty I'll have to find a day I can waste 2 hours of my time and my grandparents time so they can fix something that should've never been an issue when I'm paying $130 for a piece of glass!! I do have sympathy for the front workers since they are probably only paid $9 an hour and have to take the brunt of everything when it's the men (joe and someone else) doing the screens. It's still bullshit that I've been having trouble typing this review because they fucked up my screen.

Realized they didn't have it in stock after we got there, so they had to order one and asked us to come back. They call about a week later letting us know the key arrived, but the guy cutting it dropped it while cutting it and it wouldn't fit in our ignition. So they had to order more again. We wait another week, come back after they called to tell us that it was finally in... And the only person that was working in that store is not a technician qualified to cut a key, so for the third time we left without the key. We have already paid for the key... and have been waiting almost a month at this point and still don't have the dang key. So frustrating.
