The kicker, I purchased a Toyota Care premium wrap coverage when I bought my car 3 years ago from another dealer, and the contract says to go to the dealer of purchase. Luckily, the folks I talked to on the phone were chill, looked up my car, and said it was totally fine for them to take a peep. Brandon got me checked in on the morning of service, and he estimated I'd be done in about an hour or less. I made my way to the waiting area and was actually surprised to see how well they'd set it up for folks. There's a good amount of chairs with a TV, and then a little nook with an L-shape table for those of us on the clock who need a spot to post up and work. They even had a convenience corner with a self-serve kiosk to buy snacks/drinks. I was, in fact, done in just under an hour since my car only needed a tire rotation and standard look over for the 35k mile mark (and at no cost). Admittedly, I was nervous to bring my car in after reading a few not-so-great reviews from other folks here, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. Glad it worked out!

Honest good quality shop - finally found a home for my auto repairs!!…read more I had been having some issues with my tires, and my husband suggested that I take my car into Auto Worlds given thier high reviews online. I thought I was in the market for new tires, but wanted to get them checked out before spending that kind of money. Patrick at Auto Worlds was such a wonderful person to work with from the second I brought my car in to the minute I left. My front tire ended up having a screw in it which was causing a slow leak, which he told me they could patch. They also informed me that my back brake pads only had 1/32 of an inch left on it and he even went to the back and brought the brake pads up so he could show me what they looked like - so I knew they weren't trying to upsell me on additional services. This saved me a trip back to the shop, which I am sure I would of had to make in a week or so once my pads started squealing. They were able to balance and rotate my tires, fix the patch, and put new brake pads on for me in a matter of two hours. During that time they even let me borrow the shop truck to run a few errands I needed to make before heading back to work! I really enjoyed the customer service I recived there - and they made sure to let me know every detail along the way. It showed thier honesty and trustworthyness - which is a huge plus for me when dealing with an auto shop. Another selling point is that they only hire mechanics at this shop - so anyone who looks at my car understands the car as a whole, not just as a lube technician, or a tire guy, etc. I will not hestitate to bring my car back to them in the future for any kind of service!
