I came in for testing to see if my battery was bad and it definitely was! Now, it's part of their normal promised service to replace a battery for free, but mine was extra special. The main terminal was completely corroded as well as being too big to get back onto the new battery. So he had to find a new terminal for me, but in order to put it on, he spent almost an hour working over the hood of my car in the cold and wind. Plus there were other customers to help in the meantime! The only cost was to pay for the new terminal cap piece. There was no cost for his labor at all. Rich was kind, patient, very understanding, straightforward, helpful, and more. When I tried to give him a tip of thanks at the very end, he said "thank you, but no thank you" and that the best way to show him thanks was to just keep smiling for the rest the day. Let me just say that my initial call didn't fix everything I needed, but I did get steered in the right direction. I ended up having a trucking bar placed on as well as a suspension bar and those two together along with the knowledgeable staff pointing me in the right directions fixed my issues with my car. And now it drives just as good as new, and I couldn't be happier. I had a little bit in issue with my closing clamp on a liftgate I've Got on the back end. Lalo the mechanic somehow fixed the clamp enabling me to open and close with peace of mind. I would have to say the service is outstanding. I'll probably be back to check out some other parts on my car as well as pick up a Car jack. I do have faith in these guys in what they're doing especially after seeing what they've done. Advanced Auto Parts is a good store to go to for most all of your auto part needs. What I…read moreappreciate about this store in particular is that they are friendly and knowledgeable. You can borrow specialty tools from them and they will check an engine code for you for free. If you have a bad battery, they will come and pull the battery out of your vehicle, test it, then tell you what you need to do next. If you need a new battery they will dispose of the old one and install a new one. Only one word of caution here... keep your receipt when you buy the battery. I thought they would have me in the system when I had a warranty on the battery and they switched to a new system and did not transfer everyone over. That was a pretty bad deal. Anyway, for those of us that speak Spanish they have bilingual staff to help out.

Rush Truck Center Olathe sold us a 2019 Hino box truck that had been in 2 accidents but never…read moredisclosed it to us. (according to carfax) This truck was sold to us under the guise of a well maintained fleet vehicle, it wasn't. I was told that the mechanic who did the inspection no longer worked there, how convenient. During the first 30 days the waterpump went out. Next the floor was so badly decayed that the forklift loading it almost fell through the floor. Next in October, during a routine oil change, we found out that the u-joints and air suspension were bad. The repair shop told us that there was no way that they didn't know if they truly inspected the truck. Next up the truck needed a wiring harness which took them about a month to sort out. Finally we found out that the radiator was clogged with red clay dirt. We don't do any business in Oklahoma, but we pass through it on the highway. Every time this truck breaks down, we lose tens of thousands of dollars. How does anybody run a business with a truck like this that was never road worthy? I asked Matt Getz the GM, and he stated that they run reports similar to carfax and they have a process in place, really? Either way they should've known that this truck had been in two accidents and never should've been sold to us at a premium price! Would you buy a truck from them if you knew it had been in two accidents? We were completely deceived!! You be the judge.

Mind you, I called them that Friday before and Ryan told me they weren't busy and can get me in ASAP. Once I finally get the quote, $146 in parts to go along with $1100 in labor. Give me a break. A week later, it's finally done. Except it's not done. "What we thought would fix it didn't really fix it." I tell them I want to pick it up immediately and tell them to cease work. "Well we haven't done the oil change yet, do you still want that done?". Of course I do, considering you told me it was already done. Pick it up, Ryan doesn't even look me in the eyes, ashamed much? Get it home. The next day, my brake indicator light is on and blinking (even when not engaged). I send him the video and ask for help. I didn't blame him or accuse. He says, "fluid levels were fine at time of service". I again for help, and get "not sure". Stay away from these guys. Highway robbery and seemingly no competence.

Now I'm stuck with a scanner that does absolutely NOTHING! Consider this a HUGE warning to anyone thinking of buying electronics from NAPA - you might just end up with a worthless paperweight! They gave me the part that was in, when I returned to pick up the other part, they told me I already had picked it up. Then could not find it. Acting like I was lying about it, even though I could show them the receipt. The next time I'm in, three people are standing around and no one will check anybody out. The one register open had the guy on the phone and nobody else would ring anybody up. Poor Customer Service.
