Honest good quality shop - finally found a home for my auto repairs!!…read more I had been having some issues with my tires, and my husband suggested that I take my car into Auto Worlds given thier high reviews online. I thought I was in the market for new tires, but wanted to get them checked out before spending that kind of money. Patrick at Auto Worlds was such a wonderful person to work with from the second I brought my car in to the minute I left. My front tire ended up having a screw in it which was causing a slow leak, which he told me they could patch. They also informed me that my back brake pads only had 1/32 of an inch left on it and he even went to the back and brought the brake pads up so he could show me what they looked like - so I knew they weren't trying to upsell me on additional services. This saved me a trip back to the shop, which I am sure I would of had to make in a week or so once my pads started squealing. They were able to balance and rotate my tires, fix the patch, and put new brake pads on for me in a matter of two hours. During that time they even let me borrow the shop truck to run a few errands I needed to make before heading back to work! I really enjoyed the customer service I recived there - and they made sure to let me know every detail along the way. It showed thier honesty and trustworthyness - which is a huge plus for me when dealing with an auto shop. Another selling point is that they only hire mechanics at this shop - so anyone who looks at my car understands the car as a whole, not just as a lube technician, or a tire guy, etc. I will not hestitate to bring my car back to them in the future for any kind of service!

What impressed me most was how much Blake genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience at a fair price. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. The one time that they recommended I replace tires they suggested I go to Costco or Sam's Club to get the best deal AND assured me that the tires were warped but not unsafe so I didn't have to panic. They're proof that if you don't upsell or bullshit people, then you'll always have plenty of business. I requested an oil change and tire rotation as it had been 5,000 miles since the last time I had…read morethose services performed. Automan/Autoplaza called AFTER they had performed the tire rotation and questioned my logic in performing this service multiple times. Then, he said that the tires were worn out and he just couldn't figure out why, but maybe it was out of alignment. The tires had 42,100 miles on them, and they are rated at 45,000 miles - original equipment on the 2016 vehicle. Rotation at 5,000 miles is standard and recommended by Nissan. So, a repair shop worthy of my continued business would have stopped the rotation when taking the first tire off the car, prepared a quick quote of 2-3 tire options and called me to say that they thought it needed tires and perhaps I would consider that rather than the rotation. Not this guy. Charged $45 for a tire rotation he couldn't rationalize. Was bewildered how my tires may be worn out. Suggested there was something wrong with the car, but offered no evidence to that end. Didn't bother to spec out replacement tires for me (even after I asked him to do so and gave 45 minutes before I came to pick up the car.) Services were pricey - my car takes synthetic oil, but they charged over $27 more for this service than my previous mechanic. The dealer where my wife gets her car serviced does a synthetic change including tire rotation, multipoint inspection, and fluid top-off for about the same price I was charged just for the LOF at Automan/Autoplaza. The scratches on my door will buff out, I'm pretty sure. And, I did contact through the "contact us" option on their website and have received no response.
