    Nick Harpp. A manager who refused to make things right. Took my car to get new tires put on, they pull my car out and my new tire has a big bolt in it. He said it's not his problem or fault, refused to give me a refund for the servifr. Refused to simple patch up my tire since it's a big bolt from their building. Yelled at me and told me to get out when I asked for his boss number. I made an appointment at 11 and did not get my car back until 1:30 with my new tire ruined.

    My family and I rode from Las Vegas headed to Maryland when we caught 2 blowouts. We followed the Firestone sign from the freeway, and luckily there was Nate & Sam with a few other workers who assisted us quickly, with professionalism and care. They made sure we were back on the road to our destination with ease and under an hour. We are so grateful for this location and team of caring staff members.     This is what I discovered from the side Firestone worked on.

    I found problems that were hidden until you took apart the wheel hub. 1. The reassembly was done incorrectly with missing parts. 2. The wheel hub gasket was torn to shreds while removing the CV Axle, which resulted in rust throughout the wheel hub. 3. When I called and talked to the "manager", he justified the botched job with the fact that most cars don't seal off the hub. This wasn't the first problem with service there. I've paid thousands, trusting these guys with my truck. The response I got tells me that I'm right to never return. My money will stay in my pocket and I'll do the work myself. I've had to buy more new parts, new gasket, new cap, new crown for the bolt to capture the cotter pin properly. They kept the old CV Axle, which should have been returned to me which is actually a $500 part from Toyota that could be easily reworked with new axle boots. I also have to pay to get the gasket pressed properly into the hub. I would have been better off doing this myself. The proper response from the manager would have avoided another bad review of this business. When I'm paying you, I want better than whatever you call this. Don't trust these guys to touch your vehicle.

    Firestone got my Missouri safety inspection done quickly and staff was friendly until I went to drive off and noticed what looked like white paint on my dash that had not been there before. I brought it to a staff member's attention who said it was from a worker "peeling off a sticker" and then pointed out how my dash was generally sticky anyway. I mentioned that I could (thankfully) wipe off the white smudges with my finger so there's no reason they could not have wiped it up. I know occasionally things are missed and I wasn't looking for them to detail my whole car, but an offer to clean up their mess after I pointed it out would have been nice. This Firestone does the bare minimum and then dips a little below that.

My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.

    I don't even know where to start... I had an appointment…read moreset for Tuesday. I was getting my transmission serviced. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning as agreed. They made sure they had all my information. As you can see in the screenshot they texted me to confirm my appointment. My first clue should have been when the lady behind me was greeted and assisted before me, I realized we were not probably getting the same service but I thought that the man assisting people was rude for not acknowledging me at all, even after we had eye contact. We agreed that my wife and I would not be waiting, and would pick it up in the afternoon. When I got the quote they said a couple of hours. So at around 5:00 I called to see if the service was complete. I was then informed that my vehicle was on the ticket for tomorrow. I completely understand that things come up and life happens, and that my vehicle was not an emergency, or broke down. I was just dumbfounded that they didn't reach out to me in any way! I told the person I spoke to on the phone that I was on my way to retrieve my vehicle. When we got there I went in and spoke with a lady about getting my vehicle. I expressed my disappointment, frustration, and confusion. I did lose my cool and used profanity at the very end of our conversation. I had apologized for my attitude and said may I have my keys please. She agreed with my frustration and then told me my vehicle was being pulled up for me. That's when I freaked out, why in the world would you have to get in my vehicle, adjust settings for YOUR COMFORT, and roll down the windows and move the mirror, just to move the f***ing vehicle literally like a parking space! I just couldn't believe you can't do the service when agreed on, not contact me in any manner saying, Hey we are keeping YOUR vehicle longer, and then act like you are doing me some kind of favor by moving it! Get the f**k out of my vehicle. Needless to say, we did not get anything done to our vehicle at this location, but we did waste time, and effort. Thanks for nothing but frustration! I would a negative number if possible!!
