They used to take care of my mothers car so much so they would pick it up and deliver it when completed. Yep it sounds great, right? In 2016, before heading out on a lot Good Night! Journey from Kansas City to where I now live on the north Oregon coast, I took my Dodge Caravan in to have it all checked out before leaving. I had work done which took many days longer than promised, the day I was to leave, I'm taking off and a couple of miles down the road, it still had the same issues. Two days later and a week late from heading out, with my sister so she can see where I live and show her the amazing sites of traveling through he Badlands, Mount Rushmore and many other wonderful places along with the crazy mountains that we were driving in. I get back to Astoria and not only had to have all the work done again as it was done incorrectly by All Pro, but I found out my brakes were out in the back, completely rusted out and only the very thin front brake pads were working. All Pro said that not only did they fix the problems I was having and costing over $4,000 but also said they checked it all out for being road ready, to travel 2,000 miles and through mountains. This year, April 2018, I took my 1989 Class C Motorhome to All Pro "BIG MISTAKE". First I didn't not pay for any of the work the did on my minivan. I canceled payment. So 2 years later, knowing that they made a HUGE mistake and thinking they won't do it again - I WAS SO WRONG. Paid them $600 for work and then breaking down in North Platte, Nebraska - paid $400 for a tow and have all the work and more as they missed a bunch of stuff. UGH! Found out the engine battery they put in was the wrong size and a no name off brand. Some of the connection wires to the engine battery and the house battery were not even connected. The transmission fluid was "6" quarts low. The Motorhome takes 12, I was lucky the shop discovered this. The power steering fluid was practically empty, the U- Joints were DRY and needed greased. I would have never made it to Oregon through the mountains without them being greased. The Solenoid was DEAD and needed replaced. I'm mean waayyyy to many things. And I paid cash this time, so there is no way to cancel or fight payments. Ok, so at your own risk, NO... DON'T have All Pro on Sterling in Independence, Mo work on any automobile you have. PERIODICALLY

When it was towed to Auto Werks they had it fixed in 3 days. Their staff was very responsive, quick and went through the bill with me. I should have taken it to Auto Werks right away and not wasted a week of pay for a rental car. This was my 2nd catalytic converter they had to replace and should have just started with them. Their bid of $3,300 was also cheaper than the other shop for $4,300.00. So if you get your catalytic converter stolen go to Auto Werks. The guys were very pleasant to deal with too. I'll be back.

I went there one year ago and was told I needed all new brakes. I paid over $1000, after months of…read morehearing my brakes squeak and make loud noise when used I went by and the gentlemen told me I had not put enough miles on my brakes they were being broken in. this continued for the next several months. So I took it in and had them change my oil, to the tune of $119 and check my brakes again. They told me they drove it no sounds and all looked good. I told them I was going to take it to the dealership and have them check it. I took it to the dealership and the man there showed me the grooves in the brake and the rust on the brake that he said was not typical for a brake less then a year old that is in a garage and not kept outside. I called Telle spoke with the manager and told him the man gave me his card from the dealership and told me he would talk to him. I set up an appointment for that Monday they said to bring at 7:30 would be done in less then one hour. I was called out of town and my husband took the car in for me. They made him wait over 4 hours, in the interim called and yelled at me saying all I wanted were new brakes. This was the manager then he slammed the phone hanging up on me. I am just astounded! PS He also added no warranty with new brakes and they are no longer squealing

Ordered a set of Cooper Cobra GT for my classic Oldsmobile , I had the wheels off the Car and rings…read more& Center Caps, then I was informed that their would be no cutting in line, IL have to wait at least a hr and a half , figured just pay for then have them installed somewhere else, got them home and found that 2 tires were 3 years old , so that's half the life I just gotten beat out of, won't go back.this is the 2nd set of tires, 1 set no problems, I guess this is a way to get rid old tires that should be destroyed

Then this weekend all the studs on one of my tires broke. Had to replace the hub and the wheel. The tow truck driver who retrieved me from the side of the road at 2 in the morning said I was very lucky and it was clearly a result of being over tightened. Thankfully the shop it was towed to checked the rest of my tires and said they still looked ok.

I have been using Lindan for years and went to school with Dany. I have had two bad experiences…read more with the last two times I have been there, costing me money and time. The first was a leak in a hose and they replaced it and it still leaded. I just got back from picking up my one of my trucks and they didn't listen to me and Larry lied about what was said. I drive 50 thousand miles a year and want good brakes. I told Larry that I wanted Manufacture parts on my brakes and when I picked it up the brakes squeaked and I called and Larry said that I said I didn't want manufacture parts because it would be more expensive. told him that I would never say that because the brakes squeak. I have a fleet of vehicles and will never go back to them. I have had to take my trtuck abck and lost two extra days because of them!
