Then they try to sell me on other things, etc etc. Fast forward, I'm on the highway and the dummy tire goes FLYING. Im glad it didn't hit another car. I ended up calling DT to reiterate and get some kind of resolution with the issue. They proceeded to tell me it's not their fault and I should speak to them in a more respectful tone, and hung up. Called back and they proceeded to degrade and cuss me out. I told myself, I would never go back to DT, again. This was in 2014-2016, or so. Here we are, 2024. I ended up getting a nail in my tire and needed it to be patched. Multiple people told me to go to DT. Not going to lie. I sat on it until the day before my road trip...for the life of me, didn't want to put myself through another DT situation. Luckily everyone at DT were accommodating, respectful and honest, gave me all the necessary info I needed to know. Updates on the tire, what they found etc. I could tell they weren't trying to tell me a little white lie to try and sell me a "new" tire for something that's patchable. My thoughts have definitely changed with DT. I was already planning on getting some new tires after my return from my road trip..and I'm definitely going to get them from DT.

Anyone who has ever moved knows that, of course that would happen that week! Fortunately, we found Zohr on Yelp and it was a mixed bag but ended up working pretty well. The bolt was discovered on a Saturday and we couldn't get anyone out until Monday around lunchtime. Not a huge issue as we have two cars and could ride it out, as long as they were on time... More about that in a sec. They were on the ball and said they could likely patch it, but got the tire size in case they needed to replace it on the spot. Their idea is genius, by the way. They'll come to you wherever and remove your tire and get it all fixed up or replaced, saving you the danger of driving on a wonky tire. They rescheduled us for Monday evening which didn't work with our closing/moving schedule, and called to have it at the original time. They didn't show during the window, and we had to call more than a few times to confirm they were still coming. Definitely frustrating to deal with, and I was ready to go to Plan B, but fortunately they ended up not being too late (about two hours after the window). My frustrations faded once they got someone en route; they became very responsive, communicative and let us know exactly when they'd be there. When they arrived, they said that since the bolt was in the tread they could plug it and be done in 15-20 minutes. Really grateful because we need a whole new set of tires on this car sometime soon, but would be a bummer to buy one and then have to buy a set again. Their tech was friendly and quick, very efficient, and the price was fair (I want to say around $85 out the door). They were a bit confused with the Yelp check in offer of 20% off, but I'm not sweating it too much. All in all, I was not the happiest camper the way it was going around appointment time, but they stepped up and totally redeemed themselves! Would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.

Price advertised for tire repair is $45 and was quoted a price of $189.00!! Don't bother to make a call to these folks if you are in a jam.

I am NOT leaving this review for personal satisfaction but leaving it to warn others about wasting their time by going to this location. The only employee at this location that seemed to be worth his paycheck is the young service technician that was actually willing to do my installation, the rest of them couldn't find their way out a wet paper bag in my opinion! I purchased tires from an online retailer due to the significant price difference and called this location prior to making a appointment to confirm they would be able to install them for me and had the equipment to do so due to the size of tires (38X13.50r17) and they confirmed that it wouldn't be a problem so I scheduled an appointment online. Showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and not only did the employee at the front desk say everything was good to go but the guy in the back office (Probably the Manager) also came out to confirm that they were able to get it done but it would cost me extra due to the size of the tires and also that it was going to take about 3 hours due to it being a little busy but it would be done before closing at 5pm (Let it be known my appointment was for 12:30pm) I told them it wouldn't be a problem and I would just return before they closed to pick my vehicle up. The employee at the front desk gave me the work order with a price of $270+ for a 4 tire installation and I still agreed to the price and signed the paperwork. After unloading these 90lb tires by the bay door like I was asked to do, as I was about to leave the so called "Bay Supervisor" came up to me to inform me that he wouldn't be doing service on my vehicle due to safety concerns because the lift size of my vehicle! I then told the guy it was understandable and I could just head back home and I only lived 5 minutes away and that I could remove the tires from my vehicle and bring back just the tires for them to change out while still agreeing to pay the same amount on the agreement, this then so called Bay Supervisor changed his reason to he can't provide services due to the size of tire and not having the equipment! At this point I knew he just didn't want to do the work and was making up excuses. Like why would a business sell Tires on THEIR website larger than what I had (40-42 inch Tires) if they didn't have the equipment to install them??!! Exactly! Im not an idiot bro, straight laziness is what it is! Honestly I don't know if it was the (Retired US Marine) License Plate that caused him to deny service but with all that's going on right now I wouldn't doubt it and Don't really care two folds on what they think! Your job ain't that hard or overwhelming bro Trust me acting like y'all experiencing stress! Oh please man!
