We had a blowout on I-70 close to Hwy 7. Called Firestone and Rachel was able to get us in right away. They had a good sale and we had them do both front tires. They had it finished and we were back on the road in an hour. read more

Cost me several hundred dollars I didn't need to spend...incorrectly told me (I )need to replace a part... so (I )did... several times $$$.. They emphatically said was a bad part from retailer... at my insistence they replaced a part THEY installed a few months earlier... and that resolved my issues...sad. read more

All I can say is WOW. Had my car for most of the day, told us work was done and arrived at 5 pm to pick up car and tech stated "Sorry, I thought the work was done and the mechanic who had it on rack has gone home." Well, it was only a flat tire issue and brake light issue so don't you guys worry. LOL. Guess I won't be going back here ever! read more

On 1/14/2020 I went to Firestone blue springs for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. During the alignment I noticed that the technician that was sitting in my truck was going through my truck. I sat there and literally watched him and he denied it. The messed up thing is that the few people that I talked to believed him! Why would I lie? Extremely unprofessional and personal. I would not recommend this Firestone to anyone, find a place where they can and will respect your privacy! One star is to high for them! Brian read more

Took vehicle in for a leak in my drive way-said it was the rack and pinion, power steering pump etc-$1400 repair, still leaked the next day. Took it back and they said it was an oil leak not a power steering leak and my oil on gasket, valve cover gaskets, manifold gasket all needed replaced (a $1311 invoice) Funny enough didn't mention any of these things when they had it initially and said everything else looked good. Drove the car home-absolutely no oil in car-they drove the car like this, there was oil in it when I dropped it off. Today the power steering locked up while driving. Tomorrow a call to corporate. Stay away from this fraudulent place! read more

Awesome service, great/honest mechanics and fair pricing. I bring my car here for anything that's not covered by the warranty and have always been happy with the service. On my last visit they where close to closing and I had to do an impromptu stop because one of my tires was almost flat. All of their bays where full so I didn't know if they would be able to help me. But as soon as I walked in the gentleman at the counter asked what I needed and when I told him he said no problem. Got it in and fixed in no time. Thanks for saving me from having to put my spare on Firestone. read more

I had an appointment for 1 p.m. on Saturday and told them I would be there to pick it up later or maybe the next morning since I didn't live in town. When I called Sunday morning to see if it was ready they told me it wasn't done and there was two cars in front of me. I asked when it would be done and they said by the end of business. They also have the worst customer service you will ever come across. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

So today is July 5th first complaint called into Firestone was back on June 26th and was told district manager would contact me with in 72 hours. Well I wouldn't be making these updates if they did what they say. Today I was told oh very sorry I will push this up and you will get a call with in 48 hours, we will see how many days before I get no call and update this again...FIRESTONE you really are not looking good...PEOPLE you should know Tires Plus is the same company so if you go there your supporting the same bad customer service company. A simple oil change has cost me $300 dollars now because they can't work on BMW but only told me that after I found the mistake they made read more

I always get great service from this Firestone. They are honest and work hard. I appreciate them keeping all three of my cars safe for my kids and I to drive. Thank you! read more

Most INEPT group of technicians. When you are told 'oh just have to bang on it to get it to work, IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.. Replaced a blower motor and didn't check the resistor which was the main problem. THEN charged labor for fix their screw up.. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY read more

This place tried to take advantage of me because I am a female. I just wanted a state inspection done and they told me my engine was going to blow. That I couldn't even drive it the 3 blocks home. Luckily my husband knows about cars and knew they were full of crap. I do NOT recommend ever going here for anything. read more

They will rip you off. Don't come here unless you're willing to spend a lot of money.

Paid to have my blower motor fixed. They did charge me in full but could not get it to work properly. I took it to another company they fixed it. The motor was not grounded and this caused the blower not to work properly. When I asked about this to Firestone they said they did all they could do. I did question if the person working on it knew what he was doing. I was told he did. I guess this goes to show he was over matched. read more

This place takes your money and lies to you. My girlfriend went there in Nov 2015 for a new tire because that was the only place that had the tire we needed. They fixed the tire then told her we needed a cam bolt on the front passenger tire, they said that Nissan doesn't put them on, which was weird how they would not put it on one tire...hmmm...but they also said that we needed an alignment and gave her an estimate. I went back two months later to get the services completed by them since their quote was cheaper for the two services. Then after talking to others was came to the conclusion that I didn't need the alignment and was opting for a rotation and balance which was cheaper than the alignment as well. I told the mechanic that checked me in that I needed a cam bolt and a balance and rotation and he said "if you get the cam bolt you will need the alignment". I had enough money so it wasn't a big deal I just wanted what was best. I also asked if they could just check the fluids. He said that was not a problem. After the procedure was completed, the mechanic returns to tell me that I didn't need the cam bolt, so they just did the alignment. That was confusing when THEY were the business that told me I needed it. Also when I asked why THEY had originally said that I needed it and the mechanic said that they must have missed it last time. WHAT??!! Then I asked if they had checked my fluids and he said he didn't know, he wasn't sure if the mechanic looked or glanced at it. I mean really?? What irritates me is how they could have charged me for the cam bolt that I didn't need and I wouldn't have known. This is blatant disrespect for customers. I still laugh a little that this really happened. read more

This place is obviously for rich people but one day I gave it a shot walked in with a rich momma to help cover repairs I could not afford. Turns out this place offered a credit card of their own... beautiful absolutely beautiful when rich company's think about poor people.... very happy with their kindness and quick work read more

Had new brake pads, new rotors and new calipers replaced here. Within 9 months of all this, I came back for an oil change. They said my front brake pads are almost bare and it needs immediate attention. I say, hey, it's only been 9 months, so either you didn't actually replace them last time, or you aren't truthful now. Said I could replace the pads under warranty for only 100 dollars. Manager couldn't do any better. I took my business elsewhere. Poor service, and poor management in my opinion. read more

Beware, entrusting your vehicle to the supposed professionals at this business is very risky. Tires are okay but complete auto care at this place is comparable to going to a clinic for a sprained ankle only to have a nurse posing as a doctor break your leg cast your ankle and bandage your broken leg. If you do choose to have work done here just take pictures of every part of the vehicle they may work on. Trust and believe you will be glad you did when the work is done. I believe this shop is full of a bunch of young inexperienced mechanics who could care less if they do the job right. Needless to say I will not ever have anything to do with this place again. read more

These guys are completely dishonest. They tried to take advantage of me (an out-of-towner) when my check engine light turned on nearby in the midst of a road trip, misdiagnosing an easily fixed issue as a completely different one that would require an $800 repair. Their explanation of the problem made no sense to my local mechanic (and to the next guy who looked at my car and correctly diagnosed the issue). When I was waiting for them to diagnose my car, I overheard other customers talking about how they had apparently recently failed multiple cars in a row for state inspections because of what they claimed was a bad rack and pinion (not coincidentally, a very expensive repair) which happens to be quite a rare issue. I guess they didn't count on those customers communicating with each other. You can find other instances of them trying to force that repair unnecessarily (and others) on unsuspecting customers if you check their Google Reviews (https://plus.google.com/101499022592158198873/about?gl=us&hl=en). It's a shame that places like this stay in business by taking advantage of people who don't know much about cars, but I guess it doesn't surprise me. read more

I agree with David L. These guys are dishonest. I dropped my car off to have new tires put on. I got a call that there were 3 maintenance items I needed to have done. The first was an oil change (which I have done at my mechanic's) and to "sell it" they said my car's oil was at a dangerous minimum. First, the dipstick gets hung up and must be placed properly to get a correct reading; second my car's computer tells me when my car's oil is getting too low (which wasn't the case). The second item was that I needed my brake fluid flushed/replaced because it was black. It was checked by my mechanic the following day and was fine. The third maintenance I needed was my coolant flushed/replaced because it had debris in the reservoir. That too proved to be untrue. I told them over the phone I had a mechanic for those types of things and refused their recommended maintenance. I said "I just brought the car there to get new tires." Then they called back and indicated I needed a front wheel alignment (the left front was way out of alignment). I told them that my car has never pulled to one direction or the other and I've never had any problem with front end alignment. When I went to pick up my car, they had 3 tires of one kind (the ones I bought) and one of another kind, coincidentally on the left front. The service person indicated he didn't know if they had another tire, went into the back room, came out empty handed and then discovered just the right brand, style and size tire laying on the shop floor next to the balancer. He said "oh, here's one." The store was due to close in less than 30 minutes. The next morning when I got on the highway, the car pulled to the left severely. I contacted them and indicated the problem. They claimed it was because I needed a front wheel alignment. I spoke to my mechanic and he said it could be a bad tire. I switched the front two tires and while it didn't pull to the right hard (indicating a bad tire), it wasn't pulling hard to the left anymore but depending on a touch of the steering wheel, the car pulls slightly that way. I doubt they properly balanced all 4 tires. The weights were not on all the tires; some had both weights on the outside and inside of the tire, some had one or the other, the weights were different sizes, etc. all of which is not common to balancing. So, bottom line they didn't completely or correctly do the service I paid them for -- that being installing, balancing, etc. new tires -- yet tried to convince me to pay for 4 maintenance items I didn't need. That to me is dishonest, fraudulent business practices and I do not recommend anyone take their auto to Firestone for service or buy tires there. They are truly the kind of place that give the auto repair industry a bad name. read more

I went in for an alignment and tire balance and was told they could not align unless I had rear bearings replaced and could not balance unless I got new tires. I took car home myself and replaced rear bearings, interestingly one of them was t bad it was loosened, I took car back for tires and alignment. Asked for lifetime alignment which was 199, I got a call from them after about 6 hours and they said the camber needed adjusted which would require shims and additional labor for 159, plus would need a serpentine belt for 59. I have done all my own repairs that I could do at home for 30 years. I know that an alignment includes camber caster and toe adjustments. When I dropped it off they said they would do all adjustments they could. This matters because all 4 wheels on my car are adjustable. I knew that years ago they used to do business this way but expected much more with the internet reviews and word of mouth. It looks like they are just as dishonest as ever. read more
