Great service and affordable prices. Your one stop shop for all of your repairs on your car. Hands down the best

Truly a bait and switch Called to setup appointment last Friday because I received a Coupon flyer in the mail. It clearly had $85.95 FULL SYN & $44.95 for SYN BLEND oil changes. On the phone I told them I had a 2021 f150 (with cayote(7.7qt cap)) and FORD dealer has always used SYN BLEND on all previous changes. They also said it would be $8-10 per QT for additional oil. So I roughly figure $45 + $30 for extra oil = $85 + Tax. I go to counter at appointment time, they hand me paperwork to sign and the total is more than $140. That is nearly twice what they told me on the phone. Guy started telling me it requires FULL SYN & additional oil cost, bla, bla, bla. I asked for keys back and left. Even with FULL SYN it should have been ~$115. Will never waste my time with TELLE again. Also plan to contact corporate and let them know. read more

Telle Tire & Auto Centers Lee’s Summit East - Happy Customer :) - Tires Near Me - Lee's Summit, Missouri

I am from out of town traveling through the area in my RV when my truck would not start. Ron took my call and was able to look at my vehicle same day. I finally had it towed to this location by 3 pm. I needed my truck as soon as possible and Ron knew I had to get back on the road but being the gentleman he is, he told me the truth. No promises but he would do the best he could. He called me about 20 minutes later and said my starter needed to be replaced. It's now about 330pm and he said he needed to order the part and he would try to have my trucked fixed today. Less than an hour later he called me back and said it was ready for pickup. I was delighted. But here is the deal. Ron was gracious and a gentleman. The store was clean and neat and the service he provided was outstanding. If I had a son I would want him to be exactly like Ron. A true professional. Thank you Ron for being so considerate and understanding of the situation my wife (Lori) and I were in. I highly recommend this Telle Tire location. Ron you are my new friend. Bless you and your family. Alan and Lori from San Antonio, Texas. read more

Jason did a great job getting me in quickly to get a slow tire leak repaired. Courteous and professional. Tim wrote the ticket and was also very helpful. I had work done here before, but this was my first trip back since they changed to Telle Tire. I have been very pleased with both of my visits. I also want to mention that this is one of the cleanest waiting areas I have seen in an automotive repair and tire shop. Highly recommended. read more

Recently had major automotive issues. (2014 Chrysler Town and Country)I heard passable reviews about this place. I had the vehicle towed to them only to find out the repairs would be more than the vehicle is worth, Plus the shop wants 50% down to repair the vehicle. (I don't know about you, but I don't have a spare $4000 lying around to put down on a vehicle that is out of commission.) Also, to add insult to injury, they are charging me $99.98 for just having looked at it. I guess they like to kick a guy when they are down. read more

Took my 14yr old car into The Auto Clinic for an inspection to see why my engine lights were all on and was later told that the repairs would be over $2200 and was advised to just start looking at other options. So I passed on the repairs and when I went to pick up my vehicle, they told me they didn't charge me for the inspection. As a first time customer, I couldn't be more grateful for that little relief in a difficult season. I'll be taking my new car to the Auto Clinic from now on. read more

I've been taking my cars to Auto Clinic for years and I've always been satisfied. Yesterday I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked them to check the battery as it had given me starting issues recently. They successfully diagnosed the issue and I was back on the road. You may find less expensive shops but not as reputable as the Auto Clinic! read more

I was looking for an auto service that could do a safety inspection on my car and ran across The Auto Clinic. They received some bad reviews, so I almost passed, but am glad I did not. I have never written a review, but wanted to encourage people to give them a try. My husband passed away and I always feel like it is easy to take advantage of a woman alone. I expected to hear that there were things that needed to be fixed before my car would pass inspection. Well, I was thrilled that I was wrong. Danny was very kind and professional and actually fit me in when they already had a crowded schedule. They assured me that my car was in good condition and sent me on my way. I will definitely return to The Auto Clinic. Thanks Danny!! read more

very unprofessional! we took 3 of our vehicles to them recently they had 2 of them for a month. we were charged for work not completed, we ended up with issues that we never had until they attempted to make repairs. they did body damage to one vehicle, they sent my wife out in a vehicle that they failed to latch the hood down on. the front office blammed the mechanics the mechanic blamed the front office saying they did not relay proper info to make the repairs . they ended up saying thier solutionwas that they would no longer work on our vehicles and would not pay for the damage done to our vehicle by thier mechanic. so now we have 3 vehicles that we paid for infull that the repairs are either not completed or not done correctly. stay away from this scam businesses read more

I have been taking my car to Gene and his staff ever since my car came out of factory warranty. My car is nine years old and has over 150,000 miles on it. I drive a Chevy Prism. I just had my State Inspection done today and it my car was ready 40 minutes before the requested and promised time, and had to have have a front brake job to pass inspection. This shop is truly customer centered. They also have awesome perks for repeat customers. The waiting area at The Auto Clinic is the cleanest and quietest waiting area of any shop I have ever taken my car and the staff are professional and keep you updated at every stage in the repair process. The prices at The Auto Clinic are fair and honesty. They offer a courtesy shuttle and loaner cars and are AAA Approved. I know my car is in good hands at The Auto Clinic. read more

Do not take your car here. My Landrover was almost destroyed because of a oil leak caused by the shop. They refused to reimburse me after I had to take it to the manufacture as oil was leaking all over my driveway. I had videos showing how bad the oil leak had become. The manager at the Auto Clinic was rude and avoided talking to me for several weeks to avoid taking responsibility. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE! Worst car repair shop in the area! read more

Used this firm to inspect a vehicle prior to purchase. I was from out of state and need an unbiased opinion. They said over the phone that excepting the tires the vehicle was near perfect. When I received the truck I found $3000 dollars of body work it needed. The interior had over $700 of damage. I asked for a written report and after a week they sent it to me. It was obvious that they had just filled it out as it had no useful information on it. Buyer beware. read more

Quick oil change service , good fair pricing,, mike at the service counter was courteous and knowledgeable, will definitely go back again

I took my car in for the first time today. I told them it has a power steering leak and the check engine light is on. It cost me $89.94 for them to give it a "yep" on the power steering leak and another $49.00 for a "yep" on the check engine light. They charged me labor in addition to this cost plus a $30 environmental fee. That's $170 and they haven't fixed a damn thing yet. I also got the oil needs to be changed, 1000 miles past due. No, I change the oil every 5000 miles. Then he started in on the anti freeze needing to be changed, no, it's fine. Might as well go to the dealer if you are going to pay dealer prices. I paid just shy of $900 for repairs I probably could have gotten done for $300 less, this place is a ripoff. read more

The owner, Gene, reached out to me and had a lengthy conversation with me. It turns out he's a pretty nice guy, as well as understanding. He offered to make this situation right, and I accepted. I will be returning to the auto clinic for future repairs. read more

Shady Business. Mechanic called and said it would be an additional 2 hours in labor to replace an additional piece to my a/c system. Drove by the shop 3 times during that time frame to see the car just sitting in their parking lot. No way that 'additional work' was completed. Did not give any answers when confronted about it. read more

This place is the best at screwing you out of your money. Lied to my face about the condition of my car just to keep me coming back. $800 dollars later I have no car and no money. The "Owner" was rude and disrespectful. Called me a liar and told me he didn't have time to talk with me. I've never seen a business ran in such a shitty way. I hope Gene gets what he deserves. read more

Great service and prices. Work is always completed in a timely manner. I always recommend this shop to my family, friends, and co-workers

I had used this shop for years, but this time I want to give them bad a bad review. Their staff like Mike, Jaya are very helpful and nice, but the owner is not. My car, 2002 I35 infinite, need service. Yes it is old but in very good condition. It immediately started leaking oil after the $1205.89 service. This is the first time oil leak since I own it because I park it in my garage all the time. Mike tried to help, and give me some discount. After spent $596.37 for repairing the leak problem, I was told problem solved. But it leaked exactly the same area and same spot. Had to come back to shop again. They kept saying my car was too old, and they did nothing on it. They identified it was power steel hose leaking, however I told them the power steel hose was replaced three years ago. Then they added some liquid to help identify the leak spot, asked me come back in a week. Came back and then found the right leak spot which had nothing to do with my power steel. Yes, I was very frustrate after 5 time visits, I had some talks with Mike then the owner came in and told me they did nothing wrong. He said that I was wasting their time just because I was talking to them on leak issue. Come on, spent $3000 and took me 6 visits total, tried to waste your time here? I have my own busy job too. I don't believe it is right way to treat customer. This is will be my last visit to this shop. I don't want to mislead anybody, just told the truth and my experience there. read more

Wouldn't recommend these crooks to anyone! Took my car in to have an alignment for $79. After waiting forever in the lobby area. One of the service reps returns and tells me they couldn't align my car and I need over $400 in work done on a 3 years old car. They charged me half the price for an alignment which I didn't receive! Needless to say I got a second opinion and found I didn't need the parts or work recommended. Maybe they saw I was in the military and wanted to pull a fast one. I ended up taking my car to Douglas Tires which they aligned my car with no problem and gave me a military discount!!! read more
