When it was time for someone to have to go in the downstairs bay, one person asked "who's going downstairs" or something like that and all of the employees just stood there like "NOT ME", which was a little awkward for them to finally have to make one of them go. They stripped my oil pan and drain plug, and then blatantly lied and said it was this way when I arrived. Yet I did not have any kind of oil leakage prior to them performing my service, nor have I ever had any other business who have changed my oil to identify anything of such. Their faulty service resulted in me losing all the oil that they had just put in, to pour out onto my garage floor. To make matters worse, not only did they get paid for a service that was done faulty, but that poor service also resulted in me having to incur additional expenses to get it resolved. Additionally, they refuse to acknowledge this as being their fault and reimburse me for the additional expenses that I had to incur to get it corrected. I would advise anyone who cares about their vehicle, to not, under any circumstances, utilize Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations, particularly this one located in Raytown, MO. Valvoline is always open on Sundays. I'm so grateful. Their goal is to do 15 minutes a car. Based on my experience I saw some cars less than 15 minutes. And some Cars over 15 minutes. I was less than 15 :) Whether if it's less than 15 or not it doesn't matter to me what matters is they have good customer service and we get to wait in our car while our car is being serviced. I'm back today because I didn't think I need wiper blades. And it's raining like crazy today. Again I'm in my car and they're putting on my new wiper blades. Thanks Valvoline Team!!

I couldn't believe my ears when he told me they're installed free of charge- mount and rotate. They specialize specifically in tires only but they gave me a place to get an alignment done as well that offers reasonable pricing as other places were wanting to charge me significantly more. The staff are friendly and were very honest with me. It was a great experience. I'll be coming here from now on for all of my tire needs.
