Valvoline is always open on Sundays. I'm so grateful. Their goal is to do 15 minutes a car. Based on my experience I saw some cars less than 15 minutes. And some Cars over 15 minutes. I was less than 15 :) Whether if it's less than 15 or not it doesn't matter to me what matters is they have good customer service and we get to wait in our car while our car is being serviced. In fact they could have nickled and dimed me to death but they didn't. The communication from the "front office" to techs is ineffective resulting in wasted time and unnecessary repairs being made and quoted. If your car problem is not cookie cutter, they are not equipped or able to diagnose. Their service is mostly consuming time and charging for it.

I watched as walk-ins got there problems taken care of and left. Perhaps I should not have made an appointment? Or is it that because they don't make any money on inspections and there is no priority; even for a scheduled appointment? After an hour and 15 minutes, I requested my keys back and will seek my inspection elsewhere. My money is best spent elsewhere for tires or any other service as well.
