It saved me a lot of money and took hardly any effort, which honestly is worth more than it sounds. When I arrived, the location was spotless and very well kept. I was honestly surprised at how clean the restrooms were for a place that sees so much grease. The waiting area was comfortable too, with a window where you can watch them work on your car from your seat and USB outlets nearby so you can charge your phone while you wait. They have guest wifi too and they text you with updates the entire time so you know what to expect and what is happening. Small things like that really matter and add up. The staff was kind and patient with me the whole time. Multiple employees took the time to explain everything clearly. When I needed someone to repeat something about my valve stems, he didn't seem annoyed at all, which I appreciated. As we were leaving, my tire sensors seemed off, so I pulled back around. Before I even had time to get out and go inside, someone noticed, came right out to help, and explained what was going on. That kind of attentiveness stood out to me. But after they removed it there was a new clicking noise. They wanted to charge us to repair/clean the blower motor. When my wife pointed out that it wasn't clicking before and that we always tell them everything that is wrong with our car before brining it it she was told her word is no good. Can't be trusted. The bolt was discovered on a Saturday and we couldn't get anyone out until Monday around lunchtime. Not a huge issue as we have two cars and could ride it out, as long as they were on time... More about that in a sec. They were on the ball and said they could likely patch it, but got the tire size in case they needed to replace it on the spot. Their idea is genius, by the way. They'll come to you wherever and remove your tire and get it all fixed up or replaced, saving you the danger of driving on a wonky tire. They rescheduled us for Monday evening which didn't work with our closing/moving schedule, and called to have it at the original time. They didn't show during the window, and we had to call more than a few times to confirm they were still coming. Definitely frustrating to deal with, and I was ready to go to Plan B, but fortunately they ended up not being too late (about two hours after the window). My frustrations faded once they got someone en route; they became very responsive, communicative and let us know exactly when they'd be there. When they arrived, they said that since the bolt was in the tread they could plug it and be done in 15-20 minutes. Really grateful because we need a whole new set of tires on this car sometime soon, but would be a bummer to buy one and then have to buy a set again. Their tech was friendly and quick, very efficient, and the price was fair (I want to say around $85 out the door). They were a bit confused with the Yelp check in offer of 20% off, but I'm not sweating it too much. All in all, I was not the happiest camper the way it was going around appointment time, but they stepped up and totally redeemed themselves! Would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.

Imagine bringing your car into them for an oil change. Your out of your car for the entire day just for an oil change. Thats crazy. My car was dropped off at 8:30am. What was said that they would get my brakes checked and then inform me of cost quickly so that parts can be ordered and the car worked on didnt happen. 2pm comes around and i receive nothing. I then called them and finally the ball started to roll. Soon after, my brake change is a 3,000 bill if i proceed. I am not complaining because of the high quote. I am complaining now cause i lost pretty much the entire day waiting on a brake inspection only to find a high cost and still, no new brakes. I ended up taking my car that same day to another shop. They replaced my brakes along with my rotors for 900 bucks less than what this place quoted me. I then started thinking about my other experiences i have had with this establishment. I realized that this is a place where they will always try to upsell other items, services to you. You dont really leave there with what you originally came in for. Dropped it off in the morning and they had it done by the end of the day, which is quick considering the amount of work needed to be done. By the time I picked up the truck, everything was buttoned up exactly how I asked. All tires were properly assemble, balanced and programmed with new sensors. The old tires were disassembled and thrown into the bed with the old sensors and lugs. They even took the time to mount the spare underneath (something I told them they didn't need to do). Friendly and understanding staff. Cool guys. Couple months later, the tires hold air perfectly and ride great. These are my second set of tires installed here with no problems. I'll keep coming here.

The list of additional parts, services and "kits" was ridiculous. They also added over $600 in misc. Required services needed. Fuel system flush. Coolant system flush, brake fluid "replacement" etc. Car has 102,000 miles on it. At 99,000 we took it to our dealership and had all but the brake work including transmission flush completed. All warranty items were checked out and completed. We were informed only front brakes were needed. Once she got home she told me her tire sensor went off with 4 different pressure readings ranging from 27-32 lbs. I always mark my tires on inside to keep the shop honest. Guess what.
