This place needs major improvements. So I came here to get a part from my 2016 Ford escape and I…read morefound the part. However, I can't get the part because it's not off the ground (well it's supposed to be) and these people will not let me use a jack. Also the staff is very rude and unhelpful and good luck getting a hold of them because they will not answer the phone. I do not recommend this place.

PLEASE READ!!!!! Upon entrance I tried to check in using their computers and I was going to use the one closest to the entrance. The Mexican guy behind the counter looked at me in disgust I don't kno if he has a thing against black people but he told me I could use the other computer as if I was too close to him. I was very offended but didn't let that ruin my experience. I wasn't able to find the part I needed but when I was leaving I asked this same Mexican guy how much was a radio?? He told me $20... this weekend they have a 50% off sale. I said even with the 50% my price would be $20?? He proceeded to tell me YES! With an attitude as if he didn't want to be bothered. But what he didn't know Is that I had the price list already pulled up. The website states that a radio with cd is $25.29!!!! So with the 50% discount that would have amounted to $12.65!! He didn't want give me the correct price and I feel like I was discriminated against because of who I was! I will definitely not be returning here for any reason!!! First and last time!! Never coming back!!

I reviewed this shop at their new location, just across on 95th Street, on the East side of I-35,…read moreinstead of here, at the old location (south across 85th St from Costco). But I keep being reminded to complete this review this spot, so check out my review of the NEW location, where it gets 5 stars!

I was driving my family around in the van when I hear a chirping sound under the hood, then my A/C…read moregoes out, and my battery light goes on. It's 95 degrees outside. In my best Scottish accent I yelled, "Great! That's just great!" I pulled in to O'Reilly's on Marshall drive (just off I-35) . The first guy tests the battery, and says it's indeed low. I asked for prices on a new one, but he pointed out that my current battery was under warranty from the place I bought it, so I should take it back. This alone is worth some stars because it saved $80, and was honest, but it gets better. Meanwhile, I looked down and saw my serpentine belt was broken in two! That's not good, and explains the rest of the problems with the AC and battery. To have the van towed and have even a cheap mechanic replace this would be $300 MINIMUM, and likely more. I bought a belt there for $12, and another O'Reilly guy helped me replace it. He looked up the diagram (it wasn't under the hood like usual) and loaned me the tools. Within 45 minutes or less, I was back on the road and all is good. So what could have been a day or two without the van and $380+, turned into $12 (plus what I tipped the guy on the side) in under an hour. If I need any auto parts or advice, there's only one place I'm going henceforth!
