I parked in slot 2 because it looked as if slot 1 was not going to be open. At 6:58 am, a girl comes walking out of the shop in regular clothes. I figured she must've been someone's girlfriend leaving so they could open up and get going. But she comes out of her vehicle walking back up with work clothes. She looked smug like she didn't even want to be at work. I thought how odd when she's got 2 minutes to change and get back out here. At this point, I'm already hesitant what to expect the service to be like. But she comes back out at 7:08. I'm like, cool, she about to check me in and I can be on my way quick as I work at 8 am. But she keeps walking past my car, so I roll down my window to let her know that I arrived first. She repeated that she goes in her own order and that it's going to be a while since no one else was there yet and wouldn't be for a while. Let me say this, I didn't waste no time biting my tongue and leaving. As someone in a customer serving base myself, and our hours start promptly for all our staff for our customers, we are professional and ready to go. I'd advise either restarting with quality employees who come on time and ready for service at your listed open hours.

I paid about $770 for two break pads, two rotors that didn't need to be replaced but was forced into because they refused to replace break pads if I didn't because "they don't service break pads alone", and one caliper to be replaced. The caliper itself cost $350 for them to provide and put a "newly refurbished caliper" on my car. I trusted that they would do the work they charged me for only to realize two days later, they had put the exact same caliper that was already on my car back on my car. When I took my car back in when I got the time to do so, I was told that the caliper got rusty due to the weather two days after they put a brand new one on and it was my fault. A brand new caliper doesn't get rusty and need to be replaced two days after being put on. My other calipers that's been on my car for YEARS isn't rusty nor in bad shape or in need of immediate repair like the "newly refurbished caliper" they put on my car. When I asked if they could replace it since I had a warranty and realized it was the exact same caliper that was already on my car or at minimum in the exact same condition, they refused because they claimed it was my fault, the fault of other unrelated work that needs to be done on my car that they want money for, and the hot weather's fault that it needed to be replaced after only two days of their work. They're predatory, misogynistic, dishonorable, racist, demonic, narcissists! If that sounds like the service you're seeking, come here! *Image of the same rusty caliper below & proof that I paid for it to be replaced. I was also told I had to pay for break bleeding, the fluid, etc in order to get caliper replaced.

Or dealing with constant pressure and upselling from a sketchy shop while some overworked, underpaid mechanic works on your car. No thank you! Call Red Wolf and pray that Jon is available to come see you. He'll inspect and diagnose the problem, explain what needs to be done, and then fix it. More importantly, he'll fix it right the first time, for a fair price. If you've neglected your brakes, CALL! Imagine the convenience of having Jon come to your home or workplace and fix your car while you're tending to all the other things that need your attention. Jon is a knowledgeable professional. His communication was excellent, and he arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon. He came prepared with everything he needed, worked efficiently, and completed the job for exactly the price he quoted. I am 100% confident recommending Red Wolf Mobile Mechanic. In fact, here's probably the strongest endorsement I can give: I would send Jon to help my mother or my daughters without hesitation. So relax--or keep working--in the comfort of your own space while Jon brings the repair shop to you. Good work. Fair price. Excellent communication. Incredible convenience. What more could you hope for?

They check all your lights and signals as well as your fluids and filters. They'll give you a brief recommendation on maintenance for your car (replacing filters, rotating tires etc) but are NOT pushy at all with sales which I always appreciate. Turns out my rear reverse light was out and they replaced it for me ($15). I suppose I could have replaced it myself for cheaper, but it involved removing some paneling to access the light and frankly was well worth paying someone else $15 to do. After the tech was done changing my oil he brought me my dipstick to show me that the oil was clean and filled to the top. Honestly as a young woman who knows very little about cars I get nervous going to auto garages, worried that I'm easy to take advantage of (you hear stories of people ripping you off, not actually changing your oil and such) but everything felt very legitimate, up front, and honest. Louis was the tech who helped me and was very kind and professional. He surprised me by giving me a $15 discount (which covered the cost of my light replacement) because I waited in line a bit longer than usual due to the car in front of me having an unexpected issue they had to resolve. All in all a very positive first experience. I will definitely return for future maintenance needs!
