At this point, I'm already hesitant what to expect the service to be like. But she comes back out at 7:08. I'm like, cool, she about to check me in and I can be on my way quick as I work at 8 am. But she keeps walking past my car, so I roll down my window to let her know that I arrived first. She repeated that she goes in her own order and that it's going to be a while since no one else was there yet and wouldn't be for a while. Let me say this, I didn't waste no time biting my tongue and leaving. As someone in a customer serving base myself, and our hours start promptly for all our staff for our customers, we are professional and ready to go. I'd advise either restarting with quality employees who come on time and ready for service at your listed open hours.

For some reason the back left tire was only 23 PSI as they put air back in the brand new tire (red flag). Then I drove home and just hours later the back tire was completely flat. Then I had to get the car back to the shop (for the third time) and have them fix the issue they caused. They had to replace the valve stem because they messed it up and it was leaking. Then I got the car back and within the first day the TPMS light came on and never shut off, so I had to take a fourth trip to the shop. They refused to fix the sensor and said the sensor battery must have just died (coincidentally) right after. They were going to charge me $150 for yet another one of their mistakes. I've paid this shop thousands of dollars over the years and this is how they treat their repeat customers. Stay away from this shop. Sloppy work and poor customer service.
