Sometimes it's the little things people do that speaks to their bigger character. In my case I simply had a leaking valve stem,a simple $20 repair. What's impressive is I was treated like I just bought a set of four "Z" rated high-performance tires. The repair was completed in less than 15 minutes and extra care was taken by their technician (whom's name I unfortunately did not note) to clean the corrosion in the stem area which had caused the sealing problem in the first place. Worst customer service ever! I'm not one to complain easily. But this has to be addressed. I had to get my car towed since I had a blowout tire and I had it towed to R&R tire express because they promised a good deal on all four new tires and no credit check. Well they lied! Nothing was as I was told and the employees refused to even work with me on getting one tire. When I expressed to them that I was going to take my buisness elsewhere, they demanded that my car get moved immediately or they would call the police. I had called for on-star to bring a tow but the tow truck driver was 45 mins out. The employees demanded I move it then and refused to wait for my tow guy. So I had to try to have my car pulled out of the parking lot onto the street because my car was in disabled mode from the blown tire and it got stuck sticking out in the street. The employees called the cops anyway! Luckily the cop was very nice and helpful to me and even tried to help me push my car the rest of the way. This business looked bad to everyone! They are liars, selfish and greedy. I hope everyone stays away and not get victimized from this corrupt business. read more

start filling out the application to do tires called and talked to another store they were telling me that I would need more than what was on the application the Gladstone store text me and told me that they don't need all that stuff . all I would need would be drivers license car registration a letter with my address on it and paycheck stubs. When I got there they started asking for a lot more information. I would say a little bait and switch was going on. There is no way I would recommend this store or company to anyone. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I did the 6 minths same as cash. I had a $100 off coupon from the first set of tires i paid off LESS THAN A YEAR BEFORE (Their tires are shit and if i didnt know better id say used) I didnt have to put anything down because they said they would "work with me" to make my first payment in my NEXT check. Okay perfect! (They did not do an alignment when installing my tires) So then before i left i said what is the EXACT full price i will pay after 6 months for these tires? PAUL said to me $776.68 and advised me when i asked that the $100 coupon would come off at the END. Okay, still confused on how $84 every two weeks is me only paying $676.68 with the coupon but i didnt have anymore time. This all occured in August. Fast Forward to January, i missed 3 payments bacause life, okay my fault and i take responsibility for that. But these people started trying to charge my card daily, multiple times a day for RANDOM amounts. I started getting texts from their employees with threats and telling me i was a THIEF "PLAIN AND SIMPLE" is what they said. Well obviously that set me off so i called and spoke with paul who said he needed a payment THAT day, i told him i could only pay $10 but that i could pay the full remaining balance 2 days later if he would tell me what it was. Mind you at this point i had already paid them a total of $564.00. This man going to say he didnt want my $10 because it wasnt good enough and my pay off 2 days later would be $438.00. I went in 2 days later to pay and asked for a FULL breakdown of what i had paid and what it was for as well as what was remaining and what that was for. He prints me out a paper that has 0 description of anything ive paid or whats left owed. Has completely different numbers and figures on it than my payment plan. I asked him to explain it to me he couldnt tell me anything except there was $30.00 in late fees for the missed payments. I asked him about the $100 off coupon that he said would come off at the end, now this dude got short term memory loss saying he never said that and the $100 coupon was used as my down payment. If thats the case i just paid about 1100 for these shitty tires. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! Discount tire is down the street and agreat option! Definitely filing a complaint with the BBB to get a breakdown of exactly what my $1100 went towards. read more

My car was shaking every time I hit the breaks! My brother came to check the breaks and noticed that the break pads and rotors were fine, but questioned the balance in the tire. RNR was open on a Saturday and quickly fixed the issue with the tire and had me right back on the road! Thanks Guys!! read more

This is a beautiful store. The Manager was very nice, courteous and most efficient. The Tire Technician did a wonderful job installing my tires. The tires were excellent, and my van rides very well after the new tire installation. There was also a very nice waiting area as well where I was able to work. I highly recommend this store -- I was most impressed. read more

I'd put 0 star on here if i can they give you cheap tires and charge you triple and they'll give you 2 option of payment which is 6 months or 7. I chose 6 months so that i can pay off early. When all that 6 payment done(no late payment ) they deducted money out of my card again so i call them up they said i still owe them 200. When i did my calculations I paid them 1,400 for 300 worth of tires excluding that 200 they said i owe them. And they said if I don't make that payment of 200 the price will go up to 700 which was on the contract when i sign it. I do not recommend this place i rather buy used tires until i have enough money to buy new ones read more
