Yet, just because people state something - I still had to do my own research, and I got multiple estimates from different shops. Based on what I was told - I honestly liked what and how things were being replaced. Through out the repair process - they kept me updated via multiple e-mails every other day or so. They were actually sent the wrong body part early in the repair process and even sent me a picture of it, just so I knew they weren't making it up. After my vehicle was repaired and I needed further documentation - they still kept me updated even though they had already been paid by the insurance company - and had nothing to gain. I also actually spoke to the insurance company in the beginning - and they informed me 'Tanner was a good guy.' Now you can dismiss that - but the fact the insurance company is on personable terms with the body shop - that's a win/win for me. It may sound weird, but I'm actually glad I was in an accident as Tanner's made my vehicle look better than before they got it.

While I lived off the plaza I would get my tire needs serviced by the folks at Blvd. Tires. Nothing to complain about there, nice folks. Unfortunately, I now live in Independence and driving to Kansas to get new tires seemed impractical. I got some quotes from the big name obvious sources and, upon suggestion from a friend, Hot Rod Express. Thank goodness I checked them out! Their quote from $40 less then the next price. Not too mention that they were able to accommodate me today in just over an hour!!! The folks in the shop were so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the service I received. In fact, I was so excited about how easy, inexpensive, and quick my experience had been that upon leaving the shop I called 2 or 3 friends to rave about them.
