I went in and the guy was real nice saying he knew what tires I needed and would get my car in and out in a jiffy and he meant it. While I waited another worker came in noticed there was a customer waiting and was courteous. I like the idea that they are family owned. I'm not into cars, tires or repairs but when they do what needs to be done and get me back out, I like that. I recommend going to them. And if I didn't they wouldn't get 5 stars.

I just had an amazing experience at this AutoZone. Both of the gentleman there were very helpful,…read morebut Rich stood out from the crowd. I came in for testing to see if my battery was bad and it definitely was! Now, it's part of their normal promised service to replace a battery for free, but mine was extra special. The main terminal was completely corroded as well as being too big to get back onto the new battery. So he had to find a new terminal for me, but in order to put it on, he spent almost an hour working over the hood of my car in the cold and wind. Plus there were other customers to help in the meantime! The only cost was to pay for the new terminal cap piece. There was no cost for his labor at all. Rich was kind, patient, very understanding, straightforward, helpful, and more. When I tried to give him a tip of thanks at the very end, he said "thank you, but no thank you" and that the best way to show him thanks was to just keep smiling for the rest the day.
