The only time something wasn't quite right, they immediately fixed it and made it right! They have gone out of their way to make sure my cars are done quickly, too, even staying late to finish. I was extremely impressed with the way they explained every step of the repair, showing exactly what was going to be fixed and allowing me to decide what I wanted to be done. No surprise extra charges! And they have picked me up and dropped me off from work, from home, even a store once! 10 out of 10 recommend this place!

I actually found Carson's Auto Repair Garage by accident after putting in the wrong address--and…read morehonestly, it turned out to be one of the best "mistakes" I've made in a long time. I've been working on vehicles and restoring cars for decades, so I have a pretty good sense of when I'm dealing with a quality shop. Carson's checks all the boxes. The owners are great people--honest, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in doing the job right. What stood out most to me was their integrity. They had no idea about my background and could have easily quoted me anything for the project I discussed with them--something I've unfortunately seen happen at other shops where estimates come in at double the book rate, or more! That wasn't the case here. They gave me a fair, straightforward quote based on book time and took the time to explain exactly how they would approach the work. That level of transparency and professionalism goes a long way. If you're in the Northland and need work done on your car or truck, I'd absolutely recommend giving Carson's a shot. I truly believe they'll treat you right and you'll be happy with the results.
