I was just happy the wash actually got my trunk area good. Not many car washes get license holder very good but this one did!

This is a smaller carwash than most, but please don't be deceived. I put them up with the best of 'um! They are located in south Kansas City & I've literally traveled ALL over the place for a 'worth it' carwash. Many have disappointed. I've been to the biggest & newest & the oldest & not-so-appealing ones, but this place is excellent, I kid you not. I am big on seeing my teeth shine through my car & I want the tires the same. I must say, it has rained & rained again & my tires are STILL shining. I don't know what product or system is used, but I am one happy camper for this. Out of ALL the carwashes in the two Kansas Cities, they have my vote for tire shine. The carwash is just as great & I appreciate that no matter how long I stay away, when I return I can count on the same outstanding quality & the fair bang for my buck makes my wallet sing! I was still half asleep and couldn't tell my pump #, instead of going back outside I just pointed outside towards our car. He smiled and took my money. I'm sure he talks to boneheads like myself and worse everyday and it'd be easy to catch an attitude with a customer over mundane things but the fact that he was paying attention to what I was NOT saying, smiled and did it was kind, observant and very much appreciated! They also have the cheapest cigarettes in town.. and you can't beat that! Gas was below average in the are we were in by a few cents, another plus. For convenience store prices Id say they are right on par if not great specials: two Red Bulls for $4.22 *Support your small chains especially when they're working for you!*

I dropped off around 9:30 am and picked up at 4pm and the seats are a night and day difference. Essentially they had MANY sodas spilled on them over the last two years, so they had set for an extended period of time. Communication was also super easy, there wasn't any extra upselling, the phone call where i booked the appointment and discussed pricing was no sweat, and they were cordial in person as well. I will definitely use their services again.

But I was in a hurry and this did the job I needed it to. FYI there's no dryer as you're exiting the wash, so expect windows to need wiping down later.
