BUT...I had to wait FOUR DAYS before I could pick up my vehicle, with no explanation for the delay. In the meantime, I was forced to rent a car. I was charged $950 for a used door!! Combined with my rental car charge, I wound up paying almost $2000. There was absolutely no reason for my having to wait so long to have my door to be replaced, and I DEFINITELY question why I was charged so much for a used door!

I told Paul that the time conflicted with my class, and he told me that was okay, transportation could be provided.Samantha made sure that I got back and forth from school, just like Paul had assured me. My experience was professional, courteous and comfortable! I've been having a really hard time finding a decent mechanic being that I lack knowledge for vehicles . Paul drove the vehicle around, and even had someone else check behind him for a second opinion. My check engine light has been on for months, even after I took it to Jiffy Lube, in which wanted to do a transmission flush that would have totaled to $80.00. Paul called me and told me that I only needed an oil change that wouldn't even cost half the price of the service Jiffy Lube claimed that I needed. Paul was right because for the first time in awhile, my check engine light is not on! As a matter of fact, I'm just going to be honest, Paul said the oil change was on the house, and that he understands that I am a college student trying to graduate. I was prepared to make another appointment when I could pay him, but he insisted that he took care of the issue so that I could continue my daily commute to campus. It's simple things like this that mean so much to me. I graduate this May, but this journey has not been easy. It seems that everything in my life was trying to stop that from happening, including car problems that have prevented me from attending class several times. The fact that the mechanics took the time to be honest with me about issues, and not adding to it for personal gain, means that Roe Body Shop has strong core values such as integrity and honesty. Owner refuses to be accountable for a vehicle in his possession. So basically your vehicle is not secure here, and if it is stolen it will be your fault somehow. AVOID at all costs, trust me it is not worth it. Got my truck back from impound lot with $4000 plus damage, I am still trying to put it back together.

At that time, I was informed I would need to pay an additional $50 due to having an "oversize vehicle." I wasn't happy about the added charge for a standard SUV, but begrudgingly paid it. When I picked up my vehicle, It was getting dark, and I gave everything a quick once over before leaving. The tires were shiny, the exterior was clean, the windows were clean, and the inside smelled strongly of carpet shampooing. It all looked OK at a quick glance. The next day, when I got to see the car in the light, I realized no interior detailing had been done. Everything had only been given a very quick once over. My floor mats were moved to my trunk, and were not cleaned at all. None of the vents, cup holders, storage, trim, etc were touched. The dust and grime I was hoping to see gone from the detail was all still there. Glad I didn't pay full price, because I would not recommend this place. I got the sense they are not very happy about issuing the Groupons, and the service reflected that.
