I got the impression this is a small team, so you're not going to get a host at a desk waiting on you, but on the flip side, the people you talk to are the people working on your car. Dex sent me updates as needed. I got ceramic tint on my windows and full front paint protection film - took 3 days. Both came with warranties and I got a pamphlet so I could save that info. Care instructions given. No issues a few weeks later!

Ceramic coating, window tinting. The guys he had tint did a great job and the ceramic coating looks fabulous. We found a deep scratch in some trim of my brand new car that had to be replaced (tesla did this for no charge) and he is even coming to my home to put the ceramic coating on the new trim piece.
