Bought a used '02 Honda CR-V from Mr. Fisher earlier this year with high mileage so I didn't expect the car to be in top condition. What we got however, was a lemon that was surreptitiously whitewashed to cover some very major issues. After both the "Check Engine" light and "Needs Maintenance" lights came on within a few weeks of purchasing the car and the A/C crapping out right before the hottest point of the summer, I decided enough was enough and took it in for service. What we found will probably cost us several thousand dollars to completely rectify. The catalytic converter is shot, a motor mount was broken loose and, of course, the A/C compressor is done for. The "Needs Maintenance" light was due to the catalytic converter and my mechanic said that that particular code could've been cleared from the computer and stayed off for about 3 months (about how long I've owned the car). The broken motor mount has caused the transmission to move about an inch out of position. The A/C was most likely charged right before it was put up for sale just so they could write "Blows ice cold air!" in the description and then slowly fade out once it's off the lot and out of their hair. These are all issues that are hard to discover (unless you're looking for them) on a test drive and from taking a cursory look at the car and engine compartment, as is standard in a car buying process. I undoubtedly share some of the blame for not inspecting the car more thoroughly before throwing down my hard earned money, I get that. But Nick made sure to keep the pressure on us by insisting there were other potential buyers willing to put down cash the same day. Knowing what I know now about how he runs this little operation of his, I am fairly confident these claims were disingenuous at best. Sure, he made it a point to tell me he "had bought the car from a dealership trade-in and hadn't looked it over himself" which he undoubtedly did to prevent me from writing up a review like this once I eventually figured out his little two-bit scheme. But that's not how you run a business, Nick. You don't get to say "I don't know anything" about something you put your name behind. Unless, of course, you don't care if your name gets thrown in the mud a time or two. Avoid this joker at all costs.

    Wouldn't leave ONE star!…read more This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I've ever had with an auto shop. My car has been there since the end of July--nearly three months--and it's still not repaired. I was never told the part was on backorder, and after contacting my warranty company, I found out the part was actually available when the repair was approved in late August/early September. There's no reason this repair should have taken this long. They also tried to overcharge me, falsely claiming the extra cost was part of my warranty deductible, which my warranty company confirmed was not true. When I asked about accountability, Pete (the manager) said it was "neither my fault nor theirs" that the part was delayed -- yet no one ever communicated anything to me throughout this entire process. To make matters worse, Jordan hung up on me, and even after calling multiple times in one day, I still received no clear update on when my car would be fixed. They finally called me back, I got a call saying I have to pay prior to them even completing the repairs. I have never even heard of such a thing! I've had my car serviced several times by Kia and NEVER have had to pay prior to my services being completed! Despite the entire headache they have caused me! They also "mistakenly" thought I traded in my car which is why the communication also stopped! This dealership has shown zero accountability, terrible communication, and complete disregard for their customers. Not once have anyone thought to even apologize or take in how I felt as the customer! I would never, ever use this dealership again -- and I strongly recommend others stay far away.

I went in for an oil change and later found out there was not enough oil put my car. My oil change light came over in between service and my son checked it said it was bone dry. As a courtesy they washed my which made mirror come off. Then try to charge me $650 to replace it. I asked them to put it back like it was.... they put some messy black tape on it. Which I had put glue on it. This was not notice by the naked eye. IT NOW LOOKS TACKY!
