There is a reason why this place has 5 stars all around because they are excellent at taking care of car needs here. They are honest people and do not pressure you into getting something you don't need. It's really hard to find an auto shop that makes me feel this comfortable given I have little knowledge about cars. I needed 2 tires replaced and call other places in town to get a quote and it was hard to get straight answer from anyone. I just needed an estimation and nothing has to be set in stone but I felt like no-one could do that. So I asked Jeff at Revline for an estimate and had a few other questions he was able to answer them and that made me feel comfortable about making an appointment and order the tires I needed. I felt like the price he quoted was fair and the approximate time for the service to be complete was definitely reasonable. Amazing customer service & honest car care!!! Whether it be tires & rotation, oil change or inspection, Jeff has helped set me up for many cross country road trips! Prices are extremely reasonable as is the wait time! Easy to get in & car is ready within a decent amount of time! During one visit I came in at the peak of summer with what I assumed could have been a blown AC which I avoided taking anywhere else with fear of dishonest & being overcharged. This shop proves the adage that you can't judge a book by it's cover. Most people would see 18th and Troost and just keep on driving. Hell, they might not even be in that neighborhood in the first place. But let me tell you, this is probably one of the best import specialty shops in the metro (specializes in Honda/Acura). Recently under new ownership and management (about a year ago), this shop and it's quality of service didn't suffer one bit, as often is the case when this happens. Jeff and his staff will take care of you every time. The labor rate is affordable and you are billed honestly. You aren't going to get billed estimated labor rates, only true ones. Add the convenience of being able to reach the shop by normal methods as well as Facebook messenger. Finally to top it off you can pay your bill over the internet so when it's time to pick up your car, you can drop in, get the keys and be on your way. If you own an import and you aren't using Revline for your shop, you're missing out. read more

I couldn't keep air in my tire, read the reviews in Yelp and called. Since it was Covid lockdown (April, 2020), and I didn't really know what was wrong with my tire cuz I couldn't find a nail, they couldn't guarantee how long it would take to fix, or that I could wait inside. Everybody was still a little confused because we weren't terribly clear on safety protocols. But I figured just get the car over and figure it out there. See the thing is here, they could have sold me a tire I didn't need, but they didn't. I brought the car over, they took a peek, found the nail, fixed it for 15 bucks, and I was gone within the hour. First of all, I can't believe no one has reviewed them yet! These guys are great. I was having some really weird stuff going on with my car after an oil change at Jiffy Lube (not their fault) and gave Revline a call after seeing their 5 star reviews on Google. Although they were closed for the week to clean up the shop, they told me to go ahead and bring the car in because they "really wanted to get me taken care of". They found the issue fast, fixed it in an afternoon and ended up charging me less than the estimate. Also, they actually explained what went wrong to me like they were talking to a human being... which is a big plus in my book after my years of being spoken to like dumb, lady-folk at my mechanic visits. Long story short, I didn't have to search long for good mechanics in my new home town. These guys do good, honest, affordable work and my car won't be worked on by any one else from here on out. read more

Hidden shop with the BEST Mechanics. It is hard to find a mechanic that you trust, and even harder if you are a woman. These guys take will let you know and SHOW you what is going on with your car. 1st visit- Changed my breaks and rotors - After hearing a squealing sound from my breaks when another shop had told me everything was ok from looking at my jeep. I found Revline and ask them to take a look. They immediately had me bring in my jeep, drove it around, then took off my wheel to take a closer look. - And with me working so close they even dropped me off at work while they changed the breaks and rotors. - They later dropped off my jeep at work after they were finished! Hands on customer service! 2nd visit- Engine light on - My jeep already has thouuusands of miles on it, but again bring in my jeep to Revline. Jeff takes my vehicle around the block to check if there is anything that was acting funny... .Then basically told me it was a minor issue that I did not need to worry, turned off the engine check light, AND if it came back on they will look to find the issure further. - HONESTLY told me whats going on with NO charge! 3rd visit- Nail in tire - I emailed to see if they where free to help look at my tires. They told me to stop on by and took care of my vehicle immediately with no appointment. Revline is honest to woman, affordable with no bull! I am a happy customer. read more

WOW! I found Jeff at Revline after having visited a "major BMW dealership" in the area that tried to charge me for things that I didn't even need, and at twice the cost of what those things should be. Jeff determined, exactly, what my car REALLY needed and performed those repairs, immediately, at a cost that was exceptionally fair, and reasonable. This is a quality place - hard to come by - Jeff knows his stuff, and cares about providing the best service. He even provided me with transportation to and from my home while he was doing the work. I have took my cars to this small garage for over two years. They techs are great and they always give the best service. I got a accident for my Toyota Camry and the front wheel had a huge damage. The GoodYear asked $4000 to fixed. When I towed my car to the Revline Motor, Jeff (owner) tried to use most part from the car and only change $1500. The car is in great condition now. A friend recommended this place to me a couple years ago because I have a CR-V and Revline knows Hondas. I have to say, I'm not even one to write reviews, but this place deserves a shout-out. As a gal who knows very little about cars, it's no small thing to find a repair shop that you can trust and feel confident returning to. We've all been to shops where the uncertainty of whether or not you're being swindled gnaws at your gut, like they're just looking for ways to make money off you because they know they can, but you never get that sense here. Jeff goes out of his way to: explain things in plain English, present you with options (where recommendations aren't needlessly presented as necessities), and personalize your experience and make himself available--such as emailing me with findings and estimates, and taking me to work when I drop my car off so I don't have to inconvenience the people in my life.
