We were very pleased with both the service we received from Sound Performance when we called to ask questions and schedule an appointment, and the quality of the work once it was performed. We had them put window tint on our vehicle. We've had tint put on another vehicle in the past from a dealer in Florida who did very good, but Sound Performance managed to outdo them! We were very impressed with the care they took protecting our vehicle as they worked on it and when they were done, the only evidence they had been in the suv was the tint on the windows. I recently purchased, from Sound Performance and had them install an additional amplifier and two additional speakers to my existing factory Lexus sound system. After installation and on my way home I soon realized that there were a coupLe of issues so I called and made an appointment to have them corrected. When I returned the technician was very attentive and made sure he understood my concerns and explained all options available. He then corrected all issues and when he was finished, it sounded wonderful. I was in and out in an hour. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, considerate and interested with my satisfaction. Last year my wife took her Audi to Sound performance and had them remove the existing window tent and new tent installed. It looked great and my wife was very happy. I took our vehicle to Sound Performance to get an alarm, remote start, GPS module, and window tinting over a year ago. These guys did a great job, they were very professional and their customer service was excellent. Recently we had to replace our vehicle because it was involved in an accident. Chad at Sound Performance was nice enough to send one of their installers (Tyler) to the collision shop's impound lot in Columbia during some very cold weather to remove our alarm, remote start, and GPS module so it could be placed in our new vehicle. As soon as the new iDatalink firmware update becomes available for our brand new vehicle, we'll be hiring Sound Performance to install the hardware again. In the meantime, we had them install some window tinting to our new vehicle and that installer did a terrific job as well. Trevor works the front desk and I believe he is the best customer service representative I have ever met. He is super nice, he answers all your questions very politely with a smile, calls you when the work is completed, and he reassures you that their work is covered by a lifetime warranty and to contact them if you ever encounter any issues with the products or services they offer.
