I simply told him that if it was such a horrible issue then how come he didn't call me to see if he could offer me a cleaning service or to reschedule to another time when I can bring it back in a better condition. Also, I don't have pets in my car so it really wasn't covered in pet hair. After 3 years, my driver window tint started peeling and I had to spend $75 to get it replaced. I went to sound performance and they took really good care of me and even provided me a shuttle ride to take me to and from my office. They were the sweetest and I'll continue to take my business to where it's appreciated.

Reasons why Auto Radio is great:…read more 1) Know-how (41 years experience). 2) Efficiency (same-day service). 3) Communication skills (friendly, caring, but no beating around the bush). 4) Customer care (explaining the work to be done, carefully choosing the exact parts, finding ways to cut the customer's cost, demonstrating the work done). 5) Accessibility--locally-owned. I would send anyone needing an installation to Tom FIRST without blinking, and he's the first one I'd call if I needed a new one. My experience with him yesterday was enjoyable, educational, and economical (he saved me over $100 on a part I'd bought and was told was essential).

I prefer to work with local businesses. I received a call from Toalson Glass the same day I filed my claim. Mariana was able to take my VIN # to check the specifications of my windshield/car and get me in the following week. I was given the option to go to the office or do on-site service. I chose to go to the office. They pulled my car in and got right to work. The staff was friendly, and professional, and provided excellent work. They filed everything with my insurance, so I didn't have to do anything but pay my deductible. I would recommend them for all your windshield needs.

Fast forward to today and I had to upgrade some home theater components...their crew installed everything, demonstrated how it all worked, came up with a solution to get another TV in an area with no Direct TV box, connected all to the wireless router, put an app on my iPad so I can control all of the new components, and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. I will confess that I looked at the components on Amazon and, although their prices did not exactly match, they were within $10 and I could get assistance with a phone call if a technical problem cropped up...something that Amazon can't provide.
