I searched everywhere to find someone to fix my laptop and Joe answered all my questions promptly. The same afternoon I brought my laptop over and he was able to give me a diagnosis in a few hours. The next day Joe was able to recover all my files and save it to my external hard drive in just a few hours. This company is so efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend PC Medic to everyone who has laptop issue. Unfortunately I had to buy a new one, but I guess it's time to say bye to my 3 yo laptop.
