Don't fall for that first two months free crap. I just received my first bill after 4 months with late fees, paper billing fee, and late fee. That $30 a month is actually $52.35. Since they never sent a bill last month they actually think that I am going to pay $105.35. Good luck with that. read more

Went to paperless billing and automatic payment in February. Every month since then they send me a past due bill. I was told they have a glitch in billing. I've been charged a late fee, then I've gotten the late fee waived. Then they never charge my bank account, and then the next month they show me late again They even want me to pay a tax on a late fee that was because of their "glitch" . Went by their local office but couldn't speak to anyone about my situation. Mark made copies of the notes I had made, and the past due letters, he said he would pass on my concerns. They have my bank info, and I don't understand why they can't straighten out their "glitch". Wish they'd waive all my charges and start over. When shopping for internet in Shawnee KS several years ago, Everfast was one of the cheapest, while still meeting our needs. They gave us 2 months free on our initial contract, and has been extremely reliable for the duration. I can't speak to their other products (cable TV, etc), just their internet. But their internet has been fast, reliable, and good bang for their buck. The only time's I've seen the internet go down are during major storms when half the city looses power. read more

I canceled the service due to the bad connection and slow speed, and even though I was charged because a silly reason that you didn't call me back to confirm my cancellation. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Trying to cancel my service for a few days. When calling the number of you hit 2 to speak to someone about you bill you NEVER talk to live person. I was on hold one call for 1 hour and 23 minutes before I hung up. If you choose technical support they answer immediately and tell you they can't help you. I filed a report with BBB. Do NOT USE TGIS COMPANY!! There is an option on their website to email them, they never respond to those emails. They only reach out I'd you want to start service or get a tech out. I received a notification Everfast was transitioning from traditional cable to streaming. Around 10/24/2024 I was no longer able to receive cable. With that being said, I sought out a different company. I also contacted Everfast as I was confused by the letter sent as to what equipment could be thrown away or recycled and what device I needed to return to the company. Being not a 'technical' person, I placed both items in a box and was directed by Everfast to "drop the items off in a "dropbox" by their front door. I received a bill for services in November and December and contacted Everfast on 1/3/25. I spoke to Debbie and she gave me a ticket number. She informed me someone from Everfast would reach out to me regarding this. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL or EMAIL from this company once the ticket was inititated. This week, once again, I received another bill from Everfast for internet services!! I DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE EQUIPMENT!! I contacted Everfast once again today. The agent asked me "If I ever contacted EVERFAST to "cancel" service as she found NOTHING in my account stating I called to cancel. OMG! I do not know HOW MANY TIMES I have spoken to this company since October 24th regarding my service! I turned in my equipment which Everfast should have "checked it back in" as being returned. My phone call to Everfast on 1/3/25 reporting I keep getting a monthly bill and my service was supposed to be canceled. I informed the representative I will NOT PAY the bill and it is not my fault whoever the customer service agent was did not initiate my cancelation. The agent reported the "balance" I owed was before October. I informed her I had a ZERO balance when Everfast stopped cable service and she was mistaken. She reports she would "initiate a ticket", did not give me a ticket # like Debbie did on 1/3/25 and I doubt anyone from Everfast will contact me. What a sorry excuse for a company! Everfast is not a company on the BBB. If you are considering using EVERFAST for streaming or internet services, please read all the bad reviews and run the opposite direction! Ever since Everfast took over from Consolidated there have been billing issues. Initially, we didn't get any bills for four or five months and then got a massive bill catching up. More recently they forced subscribers to shift from traditional cable to streaming service. During that transition we experienced another delay of four months in billing but just for the television part of our bill. I'm told our current bill catching up for missing four months of television charges is correct and we just need to trust them that we owe $600 this month. I have been trying to cancel my service for months, I got an email in August that my equipment had been received and I would no longer be billed, every month, I get billed, send an email and eventually refunded, but this is ridiculous!! I was unable to connect with Customer Service. I finally went to their physical location to cancel my service and return all of their equipment. You are required to sign in on an ipad to get in line. Service goes out every time it rains. Service has now been out for a week and I had to call 4 times to have a tech scheduled but that is still 3 days out. One person refused a supervisor and hung up on me tue next transferred me after being on hold 15 mins they picked up and hung up. Then you have to call and ask if they are willing to credit you back for time without service but theres no option for customer service when you call and you cant set up an online account to view bills plus they wont mail you a bill. We tried to cancel Everfast service because about every month the cost goes up a couple dollars. They charged our credit card after we canceled service and I called and they said they will credit our card but we haven't seen it yet. Took forever to even talk to someone and took 5 calls for them to agree to credit our account. Their cost is cheaper before fees but after it's more.
