Do not use this company. Multiple issues and they were constant. We couldn't even last a year with them. There's too many other companies to choose from so don't go with this company. read more

Absolutely shit service. Internet goes out once a week. I have had 5 tickets in the month of December alone. Garbage, garbage, garbage..... I was supposed to have someone out two tickets ago to get new equipment and still no one. If I could give no stars I would. If my apartment complex didn't make me have them for internet I wouldn't. They gave me a month free credit but it's for NEXT month. read more

Don't fall for that first two months free crap. I just received my first bill after 4 months with late fees, paper billing fee, and late fee. That $30 a month is actually $52.35. Since they never sent a bill last month they actually think that I am going to pay $105.35. Good luck with that. read more

Went to paperless billing and automatic payment in February. Every month since then they send me a past due bill. I was told they have a glitch in billing. I've been charged a late fee, then I've gotten the late fee waived. Then they never charge my bank account, and then the next month they show me late again They even want me to pay a tax on a late fee that was because of their "glitch" . Went by their local office but couldn't speak to anyone about my situation. Mark made copies of the notes I had made, and the past due letters, he said he would pass on my concerns. They have my bank info, and I don't understand why they can't straighten out their "glitch". Wish they'd waive all my charges and start over. Give me a zero balance for all the trouble they've caused. read more

When shopping for internet in Shawnee KS several years ago, Everfast was one of the cheapest, while still meeting our needs. They gave us 2 months free on our initial contract, and has been extremely reliable for the duration. I can't speak to their other products (cable TV, etc), just their internet. But their internet has been fast, reliable, and good bang for their buck. The only time's I've seen the internet go down are during major storms when half the city looses power. read more

Slow to make repairs but quick to send a tech over to make sure you are not pirating after you've cancelled. Pathetic

Their TV app is terrible. Very glitchy. I've run into a constant problem where something I've recorded stops about halfway through and starts freezing and buffering and becomes unwatchable, either on my computer or on my TV. read more

Sometimes dvr records my show, sometimes not. Or, it recorded a show but it's not in the list. The listed shows are not in any logical order, and hop around the list. There's more I dislike, but I don't have time to add to this. read more

So bad service and customer service . Will never recommend to anyone I know or even don't know. I canceled the service due to the bad connection and slow speed, and even though I was charged because a silly reason that you didn't call me back to confirm my cancellation. What a tricky reason, it is absolutely not my fault. Ok, I will pay you what your complaining me for , and hope will never see your company's name on any bills any more. I will keep telling others every where about this soooo bad experience with you. Hope there is less than a star. read more

Lots of ads about fast service. NO technical support or repair service Saturdays or Sundays??? Yes, users are at home WORKING or needing internet but Everfast provides NO repair service until weekday? 2025 when people work from HOME!!! Horrible way to treat customers. read more

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Trying to cancel my service for a few days. When calling the number of you hit 2 to speak to someone about you bill you NEVER talk to live person. I was on hold one call for 1 hour and 23 minutes before I hung up. If you choose technical support they answer immediately and tell you they can't help you. I filed a report with BBB. Do NOT USE TGIS COMPANY!! There is an option on their website to email them, they never respond to those emails. They only reach out I'd you want to start service or get a tech out. I paid a insanely cheap price but it's not worth it in the long run, stay with Spectrum or Google. read more

This company is pretty sad. Don't sign up with them. In the past 5 weeks I have requested by phone for them to call me and escalate the problems with my account. I have sent about 7 emails. No response. I'm pretty sick to my stomach with this company. Read the other reviews. I can duplicate...but you get the picture. Going to post reviews everywhere. This is so bad. read more

I received a notification Everfast was transitioning from traditional cable to streaming. Around 10/24/2024 I was no longer able to receive cable. With that being said, I sought out a different company. I also contacted Everfast as I was confused by the letter sent as to what equipment could be thrown away or recycled and what device I needed to return to the company. Being not a 'technical' person, I placed both items in a box and was directed by Everfast to "drop the items off in a "dropbox" by their front door. I received a bill for services in November and December and contacted Everfast on 1/3/25. I spoke to Debbie and she gave me a ticket number. She informed me someone from Everfast would reach out to me regarding this. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL or EMAIL from this company once the ticket was inititated. This week, once again, I received another bill from Everfast for internet services!! I DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE EQUIPMENT!! I contacted Everfast once again today. The agent asked me "If I ever contacted EVERFAST to "cancel" service as she found NOTHING in my account stating I called to cancel. OMG! I do not know HOW MANY TIMES I have spoken to this company since October 24th regarding my service! I turned in my equipment which Everfast should have "checked it back in" as being returned. My phone call to Everfast on 1/3/25 reporting I keep getting a monthly bill and my service was supposed to be canceled. I informed the representative I will NOT PAY the bill and it is not my fault whoever the customer service agent was did not initiate my cancelation. The agent reported the "balance" I owed was before October. I informed her I had a ZERO balance when Everfast stopped cable service and she was mistaken. She reports she would "initiate a ticket", did not give me a ticket # like Debbie did on 1/3/25 and I doubt anyone from Everfast will contact me. What a sorry excuse for a company! Everfast is not a company on the BBB. If you are considering using EVERFAST for streaming or internet services, please read all the bad reviews and run the opposite direction! I hated giving this company "1 star" as they deserve NO STARS!!! Absolutely pathetic!! read more

Ever since Everfast took over from Consolidated there have been billing issues. Initially, we didn't get any bills for four or five months and then got a massive bill catching up. More recently they forced subscribers to shift from traditional cable to streaming service. During that transition we experienced another delay of four months in billing but just for the television part of our bill. I'm told our current bill catching up for missing four months of television charges is correct and we just need to trust them that we owe $600 this month. Sick of all the billing errors and looking for a new service. read more

I have been trying to cancel my service for months, I got an email in August that my equipment had been received and I would no longer be billed, every month, I get billed, send an email and eventually refunded, but this is ridiculous!! Would not recommend this company to anyone, they are fraudulently billing me for a service and equipment I no longer use and seem to be unable to fix it. read more

a minus rating were possible, that would be my choice. Have tried to call, use their online service request, callback option on 913825300 and have not been able to get a response. They are now disconnecting me when I dial. I asked the rep on the tech line out of Tennessee if he agreed that this was grounds to file a complaint with Kansas Attorney General office and he agreed. read more

Service goes out every time it rains. Service has now been out for a week and I had to call 4 times to have a tech scheduled but that is still 3 days out. One person refused a supervisor and hung up on me tue next transferred me after being on hold 15 mins they picked up and hung up. Then you have to call and ask if they are willing to credit you back for time without service but theres no option for customer service when you call and you cant set up an online account to view bills plus they wont mail you a bill. I have filed a complaint with the FCC for the time and money they cost me I hope they are fined for every violation. They charge $120 when google fiber is only $70 read more

Called to Cancel Service... Not because they were bad or anything, but it just doesn't work, the way i need it to (just reality) Unknown to me, calling customer service is a waste of time, THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL, unless you speak to their retention dept.... YES SHE ACTUALLY SAID RETENTION DEPT, in other words, you can't leave until we say you can leave... put on hold and nobody was available, so was told THEY WILL GIVE ME A CALL (for real) Don't meal, i'll call you, yeah RIGHT... I need to speak to a manager Pat, lovely Pat, said their is nothing he can do (not to me, but to his agent) Would NOT SPEAK TO ME (that's a LEADER of all LEADERS, someone you can look upto as an agent) A person in charge of customer service whom WON'T SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER... Told the agent a was recording this call (a few times, just so i can CONFIRM, she did not object, therefore, the recording is LEGAL) Went over EVERYTHING, one last time, and cannot cancel my service.... This started off pleasant the call, and then went to hell and a handbasket, UNREAL..... This should be interesting as PAT should feel the wrath of this (Hiding from customers when wanting to speak to a manager) That's a Great Corporate Motto!!! read more

I was unable to connect with Customer Service. I finally went to their physical location to cancel my service and return all of their equipment. You are required to sign in on an ipad to get in line. The line is outdoors with just three chairs. There were only two customer service reps available. read more

We tried to cancel Everfast service because about every month the cost goes up a couple dollars. They charged our credit card after we canceled service and I called and they said they will credit our card but we haven't seen it yet. Took forever to even talk to someone and took 5 calls for them to agree to credit our account. Their cost is cheaper before fees but after it's more. We went with Google and love the service. read more
